Chapter 5

Keith's POV

When myself and the other paladins were trapped in the cells I and I'm sure everyone else was not expecting to see our Lance.
Not only that when haggar and the rest of the galrans called Lance "my lord" it was just as strange, I bet that they forced him too.

They will be using him as a pawn in whatever little plan they have going on.

All I remember other then seeing Lance was one of the guards walking up to me then all I saw was black.

...

I was woken by a strange feeling, a really comfy bed. The beds in Alluras ship aren't great at all I can only just get sleep with them.

Then I came to realisation that this wasn't my bed in my chamber at the castle, my eyes shot open and I looked at my surroundings.

A dark depressing room is what I see, dull purple and black the typical colours for villains. I was brought out of my thoughts when I saw the door open.

And there he was standing in all his glory in the walkway.

Lance McLain

We held eye contact for quite awhile when he broke the silence, "I see your awake now dear red" his tone of voice is so different from what I can remember it sounds confident and powerful.

All I could do is nod, I was in aww if him he looks so different his personality is so different this couldn't be my Lance.

He didn't seem pleased that I didn't answer him verbally, he strutted his not so slim body towards me now and all I wanted to do was touch his visible muscles through his dark clothing.

Lance grabbed me by the chin and said "dear poor innocent red I am not the same person I used to be I can see in your eyes that you are confused on how I am" all I could do is look up at him, "and I'm sure you want answers about why everyone listens to me, well I'll tell you know"

And then it struck I could feel my soul leave my body

...

"I am the new emperor of the galran clan"

...

And then I saw black once more.
