Maddison's pov

She cried as if her brain was being shredded from the inside. Emotional pain flowed out of her every pore. From her mouth came a cry from so raw that even the eyes of the strangers around us were suddenly wet with tears. She grabbed onto a chair so that her violent shaking would not cause her to fall and from his eyes came a thicker flow of tears. The nurse was talking to her for all the good it did. The whole world had vanished from her, now there was only pain enough to break her, pain enough to change her beyond recognition.

"Miss, you're gonna have to leave if you continue to scream like that." A lady nurse said as she comes into the hospital room with yet another chart, and tubes to connect to her mother.

Maddison shakes her head quickly, and she tried clan in down but the voices just get louder, and the sound of her mother's footsteps echo in her head. "Please don't die, I know you are, but please don't.." She mumbles to herself as her eyes glaze over a bit and she looks up quickly when she hears liquid hitting liquid. It was more medicine, and Maddie wanted to yell for the nurse to stop cause it was pointless. But she keeps silent, and let's out a breathy sigh when the nurse leaves and closes the door behind her. Maddison looked at her mom, and a tear slowly streamed down her face as she watches the line in the heart monitor barely move.

"Mom.."

Just as she said that the beeping stopped, and get red widened. Her hands shook more than what they were already doing, and her body felt boneless. Taking a deep breath, a shrill high pitched shriek left her thin lips causing a window to break and glass tubes to shatter. She heard gasps and small screams come from outside the room, and then a gust of wind whips her hair around almost causing her to lose balance. Turning around, she looks at the sliver, black, and grey figures in fear. Watching as three bowed before her, and one stood with a sword in hand. She examines the thing, and her eyes widened when she just sees black smoke swirling around a light that seemed to be what's keeping everything together.

The thing holds his hand out, and Maddison looks at the closed outstretched hand, before hesitantly holding her hand out as well. A scroll drops in her palm, and the hooded creature drops his arm before it bows down as well.

Maddison watches in confusion and slight awe, before sea opening the rolled up piece of paper and reading over the print.

'We will serve and will only serve the banshee'

Maddison's frown deepens before realisation takes over her expression. "Banshee."

Harry's pov

Turning his head Harry reaches his hand out to turn off the annoying alarm clock. He lets or a yawn, as he goes and then he feels paws on his back which frightens him a bit. So as wind swirls out of his right hand, Harry quickly pulls his hand back and closes the hand tightly. The alarm clock has blown off of the nightstand, and is now in shattered bits by the wall. The few papers he had the re were how scattered about, and harry is just glad he didn't have anything made of glass on that side of the room.

"Harry?!"

"I'm fine mom...I fell and...and broke my alarm clock!" Harry yells back hoping that she'd buy it. Once he didn't hear any further questions, he sighs contently before plopping back down on his stomach.
