WEDDING VENUE
Everything went smoothly until they walked the isle. Jimin planned for them to go up together, something Jungkook appreciated. Every little detail was spot on and organized to perfection.
JK basically just needed to show up. The wedding was for their family and their business associates after all. The two guys did their vows, simple and straight forward ones written by Jimin. JK had been given them earlier and he had agreed with them. The rings were exchanged and then the pronouncement... JK suddenly felt the moment of panic.
It was the moment he had forgotten that was part of the service...
The kiss.
He would have to kiss Jimin. He thought it was all good after the family approval, but they had to kiss in front of them all and make it look legit? Jimin looked at him and sucked his bottom lip, a nervous habit Jungkook had become accustomed to seeing. 'You okay?' he mouthed. JK nodded.
Officiant: 'You may now kiss.'
Jungkook looked at Jimin. Jimin gave him a slight head nod and smiled. JK smiled back. He took a breath and leaned in. To JK's delight, their lips touched and it felt right. They both tilted in opposite directions, like they had kissed a hundred times and it was a natural thing for them.
Jimin's lips were as soft as JK had claimed to his ex and he would have held the kiss a bit longer but Jimin pulled away. It was a light kiss and then over. JK didn't know what to think. There was absolutely nothing repulsive about it at all. He had felt repulsion with a few girls in the past but not Jimin?
He stared at Jimin and looked at him expectant to see what Jimin was thinking. Jimin smiled sweetly and tilted his head, as if JK if he was okay. That kiss was exactly as Jimin had imagined. He had watched Jungkook for months now and there was nothing better than a nice soft and sensual kiss.
JK's stomach did a flip at Jimin's smile. The audience clapped.
'What the hell?' JK thought.
Jimin slid his hand into JK's and they walked down the isle to the cheers of the watchers, bowing as they went. It was over and would be official once they legitimately registered it. They were going to do that before the reception happening in a few hours. They walked out of the room and went to the car that would take them to the government office.
They were still holding hands as they got settled in the seats of the car. The driver took them downtown, where Jimin's assistant and Joon would meet them to sign as witnesses.
JK: 'That went over well. What did you think?'
Jimin (quietly): 'Yeah. It was lovely. I am glad it all went well.'
JK: 'Thanks to you. The planning was exceptional. You made everything perfect.'
Jimin looked at JK and blushed. The pink tint on his fine complexion was stunning as he looked out the window. JK realized he was still holding Jimin's hand.
JK: 'Oh, sorry. I was so caught up I was still holding on.'
Jimin (laughing with embarrassment): 'Me too! Sorry.'
They discussed details about the dinner and handled the legal quickly. They returned to the hotel and changed quickly for the reception. Downstairs all the guests had gathered and everyone toasted for them when they entered. They had a wonderful evening of eating and drinking. Jimin was able to, after a few drinks, get JK out on the dance floor. Jungkook was a good dancer and did have a good time with Jimin, who was a good guide on the dance floor.
