i just heard a car pull up, i didn't care i was too busy thinking about stuff until i heard..

adrien-

whys she on the steps? i got gorilla to pull over and i got out the car. she looks like she's daydreaming.

"MARINETTE" i shouted

i caught her attention and her head shot up.

"oh um hi"

"how are you?"

i picked her up and spun her in a circle. i seen her frown turn into a smile. i placed her down and sat beside her on the step. we spoke for a while until i asked,

"wait can you tell me about my father?"

marinette-

i heard can you tell me about my father.. i immediately froze, my eyes went all over the place looking at adrien then to nathalie who exited the car. i could feel my eyes fill with tears and the only thing i could say was.

"i'm sorry" i repeated

"for what?"

i stared at nathalie.

"it's up to you.." nathalie sighed

i continued to cry, i got up and about to leave as adrien grabbed my arm and hugged me. i hugged him back tightly.

adrien-

so my father must of threatened her.

"did he threaten you?"

she pulled away, i looked into her eyes and she looked into mine.

"sort of" nathalie said

my face went red..

"with what?"

"it dosnt matter.. nathalie can i have a word?"

nathalie nodded and walked down by the car and started talking.

marinette-

i asked nathalie everything, should i tell him? she pretty much told me to do what i want, i know adrien hates secrets.. i sighed and walked back up..

"you really want to know?"

he nodded

"he.." i said as nathalie shouted

"adrien we need to go!"

what a relief i wasn't ready to tell him. he handed me his hoodie gave me a kiss on the head and hugged me.

"i love you" he whispered in my ear

he ran into the distance and into the car before i could say anything back, i just looked at the moving car and walked back home. maman and papa will be worrying since i haven't showed. i walked in and ran into my room just to try get my mind off stuff to talk to tikki as i usually do, she was an amazing help of cheering me up but an akuma alert came, you have to be kidding me. i went about paris but there was no akuma to be seen, must have been a false alarm. i went home to watch a couple movies and get some sleep.

adrien-

"i love you" i whispered

i ran all the way back to the car getting in, watching that beautiful smile turn into a stupid frown. i hate looking at her crying but i can't stop think of the fact he 'sort of' threatened her with something but would could it be? it's obviously something bad if she cried like that but why won't she tell me? i badly want to know since i want to help her, i need to help her, i want her happy, but there's no way i can make her happy if i can't get out this stupid house. i walked inside and seen my father on the stair.

"good photo shoot son"

i ignored him and walked straight into my room getting ready for sleep. i got changed into some pjs and just facetimed marinette, so we can have a facetime sleepover.
