"......Keeping in record of all the evidences, medical reports, witness statements and confessional statement of the defendant, as per section 276,277-3, 279, the jury has reached its verdict and proclaims Aat Perawat guilty. The guilty is liable to death penalty under section 280 but because the culprit has come forward and surrendered, his punishment is reduced to 10 years of serving jail without bail for first 20 months as well as is fined by 20000 baht. The defendant has done criminal act under various sections of US Laws as well. The plantiff/ victim has all the right to file a case against the other party. And if the case gets in favour of victim there as well, then guilty has to bear punishment in accordance of US Laws. Case no. 24578 Kongpob Suthalik vs. Aat Perawat is closed. The court is adjourend"

Arthit settles beside Kongpob in the back of the car while Neol takes the front seat beside Knott. None of them said anything. The car ride was silent the whole way. It has been close to a month since the day Aat has been shot and nearly died if not for that unknown saviour. Aat had lost so much of blood and needed an immediate blood transfusion as well as surgery. When all doors seemed closed for Perawat familt, some one helped them and donated blood to Aat but on one condition that his identity would remain in shadows.

When Aat opened his eyes, Mongkut and Rosianna cried but this time their tears were of happiness and not of sorrow. As have planned earlier, Aat remained firm on his decision to surrender to Thai Police and confessed to the charges pressed against him. Due to slow recovery of the defendant, Jury panel postponed the verdict for a month and today is the day when it finally happened. Despite countless NOs from his eldest son, Mongkut has filed a plea deal to reduce the jail serving time but so far the decision is still pending with the court.

Arthit exchanged glances with Neol and Knott before the trio followed the back of Kongpob heading upstairs. Kongpob had been very supportive to Arthit and Atid throughout they dealt with all the backlashes once Aat's statement was out in the public. Perawat Empire loses many of his international clients and projects but both brothers managed to stop the great downfall of Thailand's largest conglomerate. It is no brainer for all thousands of workers involved in Perawat Conglomerate to suffer and face hardships because of one person. Perawat has their investement and involvement in most likely each and every thing in Thai market. And that's make them the most job producing firm in the country. At the moment, Perawat Empire is struggling but far away from turning to dust.
