Locked Up

Steve's POV

'Honestly I can't thank you enough T'Challa' I said shaking hands with the king of wakanda

'Nonsense. Anything for a friend. Until we see eachother again Steve, save travels' he said

'Thank you' Bucky said standing beside me.

He was back to normal. Well... normal being he isn't brainwashed anymore but he has some PTSD on the whole situation but we can work through that together.

We walked out to get into the ship that was going to take us home when suddenly.

'Steve! Bucky! Wait!' Was heard behind us

We turned around to see Shuri running after us.

'Shuri?' Bucky said

'Wait' she said breathless 'hoo I've never ran so far my whole life' she said bent down holding her knees breathing deeply

'What's wrong? Why did you need us?' I asked

She stood up straight now and her breathing back to normal. 'You mentioned your niece Alice had serums injected into her, yes?'

I nodded.

'Well I did some research on what it could be and I found out who the people are who have the power to make that. The people of Sovereign, bit of narcissistic stuck up people honestly.'

'Okay? What does this have to do with Alice?' I said feeling now really interested and Buckys eyes never left her, listening to every work that left her mouth.

'I made an antidote' she smiled pulling out a thing long box.

'What? How?'

'Well the serums themselves were never going to actually go away. That was what intrigued me in the first place. You said it would go away but I doubted it. So I researched and found it won't. She would always be under his command when he asked her something but she would not be as... what's the word I'm looking for... cooperative? No. Uhhh. She basically would hate his guts as much as the next person but will still do as she's instructed. The serums made out of a number of things really and was quiet simple actually to come up with an antidote. I know it will work 100%. Here' she said then handing me the box

'There are 4 pills in that. Give her only one. The batch I made was enough for four so keep them just incase' she said smiling

'I don't know how to thank you. You are amazing. Thank you so much' I said shaking her hand

'Go go. They are waiting your arrival' she said laughing

*back at the tower*

'You ready?' I asked Bucky

'I'm ready' he said back as we walked into the elevator

We walked into the main floor. The kitchen, dinning room and living room all being empty.

'Did you hear that?' Bucky said

'No? What was it?'

'Banging sounds'

'Lead the way to where it's coming from. It's never this quiet around here' I said picking my shield up off the wall that it was mounted on.

We walked to the stairs and went down a level and were walking towards the gym when we seen through the window Thor was knocked out and iced to the wall and Alice was on top of Loki with a dagger pointing on his chest.

'Shit' Bucky said under his breath.

We ran over and without even thinking I threw my shield at her head, knocking her out instantly.
