Why Us?

Manav kept his finger on Unns's lips and then said " I - I LOVE YOU..YES UNNATI I STILL DO HUH. I was used to of living a life without you and now with you,my feelings for you has also come back and I honestly cant live like this.What are we Unns? Friends or probably bestfriends who love eachother immensly? I dont know about you but I cant live like this now, everytime you come closer i feel like pulling you into a kiss but I cant, because we are " BESTFRIENDS". I want the old us to be back again and if you still are not ready after hearing the truth then please LEAVE, LEAVE THIS  COLLEGE AND ME LIKE YOU DID BEFORE!!! He said crying while looking down , Unns was all in tears after all she loved him too all she could do was hug him tightly and they did not part , they needed this comfort and their love after a while Unns parted and noticed that mnv had already slept in her arms , he was tired and drunk .She managed to get him up , he was slight awake, so she took him towards the bed , pulled the blanket over him and within minutes he was there asleep , so  she removed his shoes kept them aside and went to the other side of the bed , switched off the lights while caressing his hair.

Day was spent well, because of the college and people around them and the constant busy schedule but  what about the nights? The silence , the moon and the stars were still there to remind them of eachother and the warmth which they shared.How were they going to spend the nights being apart from eachother? Sanket entered his room and did not notice TK sleeping beside him , he went to the bed and slept as he was drunk .At night, he was not able to sleep properly, he strectched his hands to the other side and tried to pull the person towards himself but failed at doing it , he was half awake , in his sleepy voice he spoke "Doll, Dont you wanna hug me and sleep today, how did you become so bulky suddenly , come naa!I am not able to sleep". Tanzeel woke up by this and said" Your doll is with Rishi , dont ask why, you have ruined everything now, go sleep now and the only way to get your doll back is to apologize her." Saying this Tanzeel went back to sleep. His words had hit Sanket hard.He agreed that he had hurted her but deep down he too was broken and was confused between his past and present and he slept while tears were still  dropping from his eyes.On the other side Aashna  and Rishi were watching a movie together that's when he got a notification @ dimplenodamsel followed you.He got teary and when Aashna enquired he showed him his phone, Aashna convinced him that he should respond too and that maybe she wants to give it a chance, Rishi was going to text Dimple but just then Dimple called him,  his happiness knew no bound , he quickly rushed to the room's balcony and closed the lights as he knew that it was Aash's time to sleep and he did not want to disturb her. Aash went to sleep ,the A.C was on, she had her blanket with , their was the bright  moonlight but still she could not find  her peace , her heart longed for the warmth which Sanket gave her, his hugs , his arms ..she missed him so much.She tossed and turned , she burried her hands under her thighs while sleeping and she tired to sleep.That night both of them werent able to sleep properly after all it is in eachother's arms where their peace lies.

Weeks passed like this. Rishi was on good terms with Dimple  and he had gone to meet her, as friends. While Aashna was trying to move on from him and he too showed that he ignored her and did not care but wherever he would go, his eyes would only look for his doll! One day he was sitting in his class and Aashna was as usual sitting alone because Rishi was absent.Sanket was staring at her and thinking how much he missed her , he was being the aggressive, baddie boy without her and for the first time he did not like being like this, he wanted to just go and talk to her , he wanted to tell her how hard it is for him to live like this without her while battling with his feelings .Just then the prof came and announced " Hey, students! I have come up with an activity for you all -Dance! Yes, we will have two pairs each which I am going to choose from the chits  .Each chit will be distributed to each one of you, it will have a certain number and I will be picking out two chits  from this bowl at the same time and the two numbers I will get , I will announce and the students with the  specific chit numbers will stand up and they will be the pair for the dance! Remember this dance is a project activity and will carry marks , so make sure you team up well with your partner, also you cant change your partners!""Damnn!!! What if I get paired with Doll !!!?? What if I dont! Hey God, Ik its been years, I have ever come up to you for anything, but please for once pair me with her, I dont wanna lose her, I dont want her to hate me, HUH! PLEASE!The chits were distributed Aashna had got the number 62 while Sanket got 69 , the prof started to take out numbers and pair the students after a while he announced chit number 62 and Aashna stood up , my heart started beating faster, he said chit numner 62 paired with chit number 96 ,the whole world stopped for  me, I felt like I lodt the world today and to add fuel to the fire Alex, the another baddie of the class , my enemy ofcourse not because two baddie cant be friends but beacuse he was a creep for Aashna, he used to stare at her like a creep , she had not noticed it but I had, he was a dumb playboy, but never ever would I let him get my doll.He stood up ,looked at  me and  smirked then looked at Aashna and winked at her, she ignored but just then the prof told umm sorry the chit is upside down the number is 69 and DAMMNN!!!! I banged at he desk and stood up with a smile, the prof gave me a confused look while Aashna's jaw dropped , I smirked back at Alex giving him a fuck off look. Aashna blurted out" I cant be with him sir, sorry! " I immediately responded saying Miss. Aashna the rule is rule,sir cant help it, its not him , it the chit who decided to pair us together. The prof looked at Aashna and  nodded in disapproval and said the dance form which I was going to give you was Freestyle but now it seems that you both are not on good terms so  the form which you both get is Salsa .It will help you alot now sit down.I was  relieved and happy , I had never been this happy, it was like winning a 10 million lottery after all doll was more than a 10 million for me! " WTH! Why us? Aashna thought. I have been trying my best to not even look at him. I have stopped hanging out with my Unnav too, he dosent know how much I have loved him.He is my first love.HUH Its tough for me to stay away from him, but knowing that I am nothing for him just breaks me apart.It was all fake, I cant. Salsa I mean what! I have missed his touch and craved for it ,afterall his touch was what made me forget my past ,made me believe in love ,now he will touch me again, his touch might be fake but my love is not .Alex is a jerk but it would have been better with him huh. Just look at how Sanket is smiling as if he was praying for this moment only.He was the one who threw me out of his life!? He def considers me as a joke. Whatever I am happy for my Unnav . They are official now.The day Mnv confessed his feelings for her, Unns realized that she too loved him from the whole heart so she proposed him in the same way that Mnv had did when they were in school and now they are partners too, I mean the guy who was paired with Unns was ok with  swapping his partner with Mnv as everyone knows they are a thing.The prof wont even know but I cant because he knows Sanku is my partner.

That night someone knocked on Aashna's door. It was Sanku, he had come up for practice ."What is it now?" " Dance doll" Damnn I was dying to hear this from him, but wtf is he acting like nothing ahd ever happened , he is an asshole huh!" Hey, dare  you call me doll ,you have no rights Sanket. It did hurt both of them when she said this. " Hey, lets forget what ever had happened and lets focus on the dance, I dont wanna lose my marks because of you. Oh, so he came just for the sake of marks...huh .Hate you. I went away and said nothing. " Aashna please, why cant you act a little matured and please practice" " Matured? look who is talking, The one who can break a million hearts and still not give a shit.Huh Talks about being matured.WOW!!?? You know what get lost, I hate you, its better to die than to be with you and dace, how can you be this cold and selfish Sanket? You left me when I thought i  have got the best friend I could ever get, you hurt me so much not only physically but mentally too and now you expect me to act matured and forget everything and be with you? It can be easy for you to play with people but its not for me .. I cant Sanket..I Cant...she screamed while her voice cracked.

I could now feel the pain I had given to her ,it was more than I expected, I pulled her towards me, she strived to get out of my arms, but I had my grip tight...It reminded me of our first time together, she was crying because of me..she still is , I held her towards me, I left myself feel her presence because I craved for it...She said nothing , she cried and cried, I went ahead and kissed away her tears, she had her eyes closed, I let her calm down first and then said" I never meant to hurt you doll, I have missed you like crazy, you dont know what I went through these days, I am still battling with my past , I too have a past which made me act like this, IK you are thinking that I hurt you everytime and then cover up by saying this but trust me i have a reason and   I can never ever think to hurt you doll." She looked in my eyes and said ...
