[THIRD POV]

"How is she sir?!"

"Mr. Kozume," the lead doctor pushed Kenma back into the waiting room forcefully, "Please stay where you are told to rest."

"We are still working on Ms. (L/N); it has only been one night."

"Can't you guys work any faster?!"

Kenma's raised voice caused many of the hospital staff to be startled; the lead doctor only sighed, pushing Kenma down onto the chair.

"We are working as hard as we can," he told Kenma, "Please just calm down."

"Kenma."

Yaku approached the two, putting his hand on Kenma's shoulder.

"Please stop, you are scaring everyone."

Kenma only frustratingly sighed, holding his head as he looked at the ground. Yaku shook his head, looking at the lead doctor.

"Please excuse him," Yaku apologized, "He's usually not distressed."

"I can't blame him; if my wife were sitting on that bed too, unconscious and on the verge of dying, I'd be acting much worse."

The room was silent; the doctor cleared his throat.

"I am aware of the situation here; she was caught in a fight between gangs, yes?"

Yaku nodded.

"The police are around the corner or so I have been told; I would need someone to speak for her in terms of what happened."

"The law doesn't like to clash with gangs, but given you might be able to buy your way out of it, then you'll probably be out the same way."

"I am sure Kenma would prefer that then," Yaku answered, "I will speak for him."

"Very well, if you could follow me then."

Before Yaku accompanies the doctor, he talks to Kenma, telling him to behave himself and do not disrupt anyone else like how he had been doing.

"The last thing we need is for a court to be involved," Yaku said, "Stay put Kenma, I am serious."

"I know... Yaku."
