~It's not who you want to spend Friday night with, it's who you want to spend all Saturday with.~

"Where are you?" Manik snapped through the phone.

"Work" Nandini mumbled and he heard rustling of files in the background.

"You haven't been home in a week"

"I'm sorry I'm Helping out mom at her company also this major fashion project, it's taking all of my time. I'll be free by tomorrow. I'll pack all of my stuff and be right in front of you and kiss the hell out of you. Does that make it okay?" She said in one breath.

"Well I like the kissing the hell out of me part so I guess it's okay" Manik's smily voice made her feel so much better.

"Do you want to hangout with the baby tomorrow?" He asked typing a mail in his laptop.

"Actual baby or the man baby?" She teased and he laughed.

"I will see you tomorrow at Cabir and Navya's place. Don't try to miss me so much." He exclaimed and she gave a noisy kiss before hanging up.

"He's already so big Navya" Manik exclaimed as he rubbed his nose with Ayaan's.

Ayaan that's what they named their son.

Everyone decided to meet at Cabir and Navya's place as a get together. Their parents lived in Delhi so they thought it would be easier to move in Delhi with baby on the way.

"I know I cannot believe he grew up so much" Cabir cooed looking at his son.

"He's seven days old get over it. You're being dramatic." Navya spoke folding clothes.

"They definitely are" Nandini entered the room and a wide smile adorned her face at the sight of Ayaan on manik's chest.

It's like something warm spilt on her chest.

"Last time I remember you called my baby a thing" Cabir mentioned remembering the day at the hospital.

"In my defense I freaked out" She muttered still can't get over that sight.

"Look Masi's here" Manik said in baby voice and waved Ayaan's small hand towards her.

"Aw he's definitely grew up a lot" Nandni said her baby fever going up.

"Manik said he's never impregnating you?" Navya laughed and Manik groaned in embarassment.

Nandini's eyes widened and her mouth dropped open. Baby fever instantly flew out of the window.

"He said what?" Mukti laughed coming to the room with drinks and snacks.

"He was scared that it will hurt her" Navya clarified and pink hue covered nandini's cheeks.

"Good to know you care about my sister" Abhi half threatened him and Manik choked on his spit.

"He always cared for her" Alya mentioned the obvios and everyone agreed.

"Give him to me" Nandini demanded and Manik obliged carefully handing Ayaan to her.

She sat on the couch holding him cautiously.

"Can't wait to have one of our own" Manik whispered in her ear.

"Yeah" She agreed in a daze but her head snapped at him.

"What no?"

"Nope can't take it back" He teased.

"Stop talking about baby making process with my sister" Abhi growled from behind and Manik immediately jumped away from her causing everyone to laugh.
