Chapter21~A euphoria called love~

"Would you rather die burning in fire or drowning in water?" Nandini asked taking a spoonful of her Belgium chocolate which is the best thing happened to mankind according to her.

"Drowning in water I guess I mean fire is hot right and hot bothers me except me." Cabir winked and she rolled her eyes at his narcissism.

They were sitting on the terrace on 'cabirs swing' as he likes to call it.

"So when are you going to talk to him?" He asked seriously this time.

"I don't know I'm not ready I guess I mean this new found information and my feelings towards him it's so overwhelming for me." She explained lost in her thoughts.

"He is so guilty and you know it, just talk to him nandini. And you know it's hard for him when you are not talking to him. He thinks you are mad at him." Cabir knocked some senses into her brains and she gave him a blank look.

"Are you like in love with him or something because you are defending him and all I mean we can be sautans if you want because I don't mind you know." Nandini shrugged chugging a spoon of ice cream in her mouth and cabir was horrified by her comment.

"Excuse me I love my girlfriend very much so shut up." He said clearly offended and she muffled a laugh.

"When are you going to leave by the way?" She asked and a mortifying expression passed his face as realisation dawned upon him.

"In fifteen minutes oh shit I'm so late. Thanks for that nandini." Cabir said sarcastically and ran downwards as he have to meet navya down.

Well they are going for a much needed alone vacation. When nandini suggested it they were ecstatic about the idea because they didn't really get some time together.

Cabir had to meet navya in fifteen minutes with all the luggage but he was busy eating ice cream with nandini and solving her love life issues. Thanks to her he is late now.

Nandini went downstairs tip toeing as she didn't want to face manik. She wasn't ready, she avoided him because all this information was hard for her to digest.

The girl who didn't believe in love or commitments has now feelings for her bestfriend and it's horrifying but it's a gamble she's willing to play.

Cabir and navya already left for their weekend trip to Mahabaleshwar for three days.

She went to her room to study for her finals as she was going to graduate in two weeks. Time flies fast, she came to an unknown city to pursue her passion which is going to get accomplished soon and she couldn't be more happier.

It was eightish at night and manik wasn't back yet and she was worried now because he was never late.

She went to the kitchen to get herself to eat something when the door clicked open and she sighed in relief as it was manik.

Nandini peeked through the door of the kitchen not revealing herself much and saw his tired face. His hair were messy not 'woke up like this messy' but 'I'm always hot messy'.

"I can see you nandini and I can smell your lavender perfume even from hundred metres." Manik said loosening his tie and threw it on the couch and she bit her lip as she was busted.

She came out but didn't look him in the eye and he sighed.

"Can we not do this please? I mean not talking about what happened. It's immature you know." He said taking slow steps towards her.

"We can talk about it in sometime and it's kinda hard for me you know. You kissing he----" Nandini said looking down and choked not able to complete it.
