Chapter1~He loves her more than cheesecake~

"Nandini Murthy for the love of god will you get ready." Manik yelled at her who was busy surfing her phone.

"Dude stop shouting." Nandini said without taking her eyes from her phone.

Manik walked up to her and snatched her phone abruptly.

"Manik what is wrong with you?" She said annoyed.

"Today, your brother's marriage functions are gonna start and you didn't help in the arrangements and now you are not even getting ready." Manik yelled at her.

Nandini sighed and sat down on her bed crossing her legs.

"Manik you know......"

"Yeah! that you don't believe in this bullshit called marriage and you think it's a waste of time." He sat besides her and she immediately hugged him.

"I know very well nandini but it's your brother's marriage functions, don't you want to make him happy? You know he's sitting with a sad face; he's not smiling because you are not happy." Manik said stroking her hair and she nodded.

"I'm sorry." She muttered.

"Its okay now go to abhi and give him a tight hug lighting his mood. His face is looking like a burnt brinjal." Manik joked and kissed her forehead.

"You know you are the best." Nandini said with a smile looking at him.

"Duh!" He said with a smirk and she rolled her eyes at his big ego.

"Now go before he cancel the wedding." He said and she came out of his embrace.

"Thank you." She said pecking his cheeks.

"Anytime" He said with a small smile.

With that nandini ran out of the room leaving a smiling manik behind.

"Abhi" Nandini yelled his name in a chaotic house. The house was full of people running here and there.

Guests were all over the place and nobody has the time to breath. The house was decorated with flowers and lights. With single look you can tell that this is a wedding house.

Abhimanyu Murthy brother of nandini who's getting married with Mukti, his high school sweetheart. A dream which came true for them. They dreamt for a forever.

Nandini loves mukti like her own sister but she's just against the idea of marriage and love that's why she was quite upset from past few days.

Wedding functions were gonna start from today and she didn't came out of her room totally boycotting the marriage. But manik came and made her understand.

Manik is nandini's best friend from past 10 years. They are sort of inseparable.

"What happened? Are you alright? Why are you shouting?" Abhimanyu's worried voice came.

Nandini saw him and immediately hugged him tightly.

"I'm sorry bhai I'm the worst sister ever. I should have been happy that you are marrying your high school sweetheart but I'm too self centred to see that." She said in a low tone.

Abhi broke the hug immediately.

"Pagal" He said flicking her head and she crunched her nose in annoyance.

"I know what were you thinking and I don't blame you for that so don't worry." He said cupping her face and kissed her forehead.

"Finally you came out of your room. I thought you are going to miss your brother's wedding by the way who made you do that?" Sushmita- nandini and abhi's mother said coming from the lawn.
