When you hold on to resentment, you allow people from your past to continue to hurt you today.

Naranasan mo na ba 'yung ganyang feeling? 'Yung mabigat ang pakiramdam mo kasi may taong nakapanakit sa'yo, maybe it could be physical or tagusan sa puso ang pananakit sa'yo? Nagkaroon ka ba? O hanggang ngayon dala-dala mo pa rin ung inis, galit, poot na 'yon?

Children of God, forgiveness is not on your hands alone, leave it to God. Ibigay mo na kay Lord ang sakit at sama ng loob mo, mas mahihirapan ka lang e. Alam niyo mahirap naman talaga magpatawad e... kahit nga sa school mawalan ka lang ng ballpen o ng limang piso kulang na lang isumpa mo na ang kumuha e ano pa sa mas mabibigat na bagay right? Pero, 'wag mong kalimutan na 'yung nagsalba sa buhay mo comes from the forgiveness from all our sins... when Jesus Christ died to redeem all our trespasses.

Kung mabigat pa rin sa'yo, i-work out mo lang basta sinurrender mo na kay Lord 'yun. Pwede kang umiyak. Pwede kang magsabi kay Lord. Ipagpray mo lang, lahat naman tayo may pinagdaraanan and God knows that all above anyone else and even ourselves.
