Spiritual Effort

2 Peter 1

Through the Lord, we had received everything required for us to live. Sobrang, sobrang, sobrang dami nang ginawa ng Lord sa buhay natin na kahit di natin deserve, patuloy Niya pa ring binibigay. I believe sobrang, sobrang, sobrang 'effort' 'yon. Pero tayo kaya, vinavalue pa ba natin 'yung calling natin from the Lord? Kulang paaaa. Deserve ng Lord 'yung mas matindi pa.

Ang effort nating magpahalaga pagdating sa mga blessings na natatanggap natin pero asan na 'yung effort para sa blesser? Paano maggrow ang faith natin? Dapat mas ma-effort tayo pagdating sa blesser— pagdating kay Lord. Wala naman 'yang lahat kung hindi nag-effort ang Lord para sa atin na mabuhay. Enough reason na agad 'yon para sa atin na ibigay 'yung best at 'yung all out natin para sa Kanya. "Make every effort to supplement your faith." (v.5) "Make every effort to confirm your calling because if you do these things, you will never stumble." (v.10)

"I WILL ALWAYS REMIND YOU ABOUT THESE THINGS, EVEN THOUGH YOU KNOW THEM AND ARE ESTABLISHED IN THE TRUTH YOU HAVE." (v.12)

Faith over fear.
