Hello fellow readers, writers, and followers.
As you should know I only "update" this when it's really needed.

And, well, it's needed. Sadly 😔.

I had a seizure on the 5th of April, and I'm still recovering from it. I fell, which resulted in a concussion. A hematoma. (Blood on the brain.) - My head is still sensitive. I'm tired, and can only be on electronics for 20min max before it's too much for me.

It frustrates me to no end!

I've come up with 3 story ideas and covers plus notes since the 5th. *pulls at hair.*
When in reality, I just want to write!

Since the 5th of April, I've fallen numerous times. Yesterday (the 30th) I fell on my left hand and knees on cement. Luckily this time I ended up with bruises 👍.

My husband and I have decided that after we get Covid shots, we're going to make appointments for my brain surgery and a seizure helmet fitting. And fly down thanks to a service that's offered for free if a person has to goto a long-distance medical appointment.

We'd only have to fly, ride in a taxi, and stay at my cousin's who would drive us to the hospital and fly back. It's the safest way.

Many people disagree with my choice, but I'm drug resistant, and have uncontrolled seizures. CBD doesn't work well enough and I will not smoke nor do THC.

If everyone had researched what they're going to do to me, like I have... It would be less scary.

Literally, it's a RNS. A credit card sized device placed on the scalp, with electrodes on the brain where the parts of the seizures are located. The RNS detects the seizures before they happen. And stops them.

The other option? Remove bits of my brain, leave me paralyzed.
NOPE!

So, all in all, I hope you can understand why I haven't updated in forever...

Recovering, seizures practically every day...etc. 😞

I'm very, very sorry.
