He watched dumbfounded as he watched his daughter leave with his granddaughter hand to hand. She has the determination but yet stoic look on her face as they made their way to leaving his master room.
He numbly sat on his office seat looking shocked. When did Lucy changed?! To become this rebellion girl?! She isnt the same person he remembers. His daughter became a mother herself and look proud of it.
His plans of marrying her off to secure his own inheritance drained down because of Lucy's selfishness actions that she wont apologize for. He could take her child away from her..surely as a weathly man he could do that.
But that look that she gave him was almost identical to her mother, his late wife Layla. Jude shook his head. What was she thinking through? Running away was bad enough but now this?
What did he do to deserve this?
Jude sighs heavily rubbing his forehead to keep his headache from increasing even further. He promise to marry his daughter off to a wealthy family that he knows so well but now could he keep the promise when Lucy has gotten someone else to be her mate.
He groans. Lucy just made his life choices very complicated to boot now.
