Everytime he felt something in his head he let out a small meow, silently asking for a little help even he knows no one is going to help him.

After the injection he felt weak so he rested. He managed to overhear the conversations between the two males though. The injection was to make him gain his weight faster. It basically made him feel constantly hungry or drained his energy so he would be eating much as they needed. But the side effect was killing him. His head throbbed. He couldn't even raise a paw.

It hurts.

Night falls. The window was open but him being in this condition prevented him from doing anything. He was planning to open the cage when they left but somehow his plans backfired, as if they knew what he was going to do. His eyes bored through the window, staring at the bright moon. Even so his mind was blank, too tired to feel anything.

He eventually fell asleep.

Surprisingly the next morning the headache was gone but hungriness took over him. Minho immediately ate the food and drank the milk. The yesterday's event seem had forgotten by him. As soon as he finished the man came in as usual to check his condition. He put a plastic stick under Minho's tongue and waited for a moment before it beeped twice. Seeing the result, he smiled.

"Great, I was afraid if you have a fever due to injection yesterday."

Minho did not show any response. He just waited until the man replaced his food with the new one and immediately digged in. The man's lips curled up into a smirk.

"Tomorrow will be the last day I give you food this much. Enjoy your moments, kitty."

Weird.

Not long after the cage was being opened. Minho just stood there, tilting his head lightly to the side with questions filled his mind. The man urged him to come out so he did, but then stopped just right in front of the door.

"Meow?"

"Let's test you." the man hummed while closing the door. When seeing Minho did not give any response, he hissed a small 'yes'. "You, kitty, shift into your human form."

The cat remained silent. Instead he licked his paw, looked around and walked aimlessly, touching here and there as if he was innocently curious. Even he seem harmless the man still monitored him and wrote something in his notebook.

"Alright, enough playing. Get back into your cage."

The cat obeyed. He let the man lift him up and locked him into the cage once again. "Eat well."

He meowed, and proceeding to eat the untouched food.

"It amazed me how fast you could learn this."

Jisung just smiled, eyes still glued on the page he was on. The hot tea on the table was untouched along with the crackers.

Day three in the hospital, Jisung finally managed to convince his friends and family to let him join the final examinations with them. He might have forgotten the a few weeks classes before the last quiz but two weeks would be enough for him to study. With Hyunjin and Felix's help who took the same course as him just made it easier.

His friends and family were relieved when he did not occur any severe head injury but not when he didn't remember Minho. Sure, they could help him but they don't even have a picture of the cat boy, how would they do that?

"Where's my parents anyway?" he asked after a few minutes of silence. Felix and Hyunjin glanced to one another.

"They got something to do, maybe will come in a few hours." Hyunjin replied.
