Where did it go wrong?
The question did not leave his mind. The papers that full of random scribblings scattered everywhere on the table. There's a few broken lead pencil with different inches from his rage earlier. A small rage of not getting the answer he wanted.
Answers, there's more than one.
The innocent numbers were glared out of sudden. If only the numbers could talk or speak like a human he would be listening to cries right now and the papers probably already wet. His emotions were jumbled up after the last night's incident. That's why he did not like it when they have gathering before finishing the most important thing first. But he could do nothing, the eldest of them had planned a date with the youngest to celebrate. Whatever makes the couple happy.
Realisation hits him. A realisation that he was the only person who did not have a partner. But Jisung was not ready to mingle with anyone, not until he found the person yet.
"Can't you just make my life worst?" he groaned as he reached the eraser, threatening to erase the numbers from the reality. "I couldn't find him and do me a favour, find your own way to solve the problems. You're only adding my stress."
Me with math.
He immediately erased the equation he wrote down earlier. The dust fell from the desk, bringing down the perished numbers.
"Even if I found him you can't easily come to me to solve your problems. You're just like life problems that come uninvited, bitch."
How bad tempered someone can be.
Jisung slammed the eraser on the table. It bounced once before falling, joining the black dust on the floor. He ignored it and put his hands over his face, inhaling deeply.
Again, he regretted taking this exam. But time can't undo, even he heard about time machines based on how fast light can travel, there is no one succeeded in building time machine. It is just fictional theory.
He wished it was true, with that he could figure it out easily.
However life is not that easy. Life is like the water that falls from a waterfall. Life is like a river that's heading to the sea. Everything flows in one way. He had never seen river streams fighting back to return to its initial place.
They move forwards, so does life. The only thing that remained is memories.
"If only I didn't lose my memories.." he muttered before heaving one last heavy sigh. He could not even remember how he got into the accident. All he knew was his motorcycle had damage and his father brought it to the workshop and it looks like a brand new one.
For him, his friends and family are hiding too much information. It is for him not to stress over and reduce his headache but he already did, why not spill everything?
Jisung got up from the study table to get some drink. The living room was a bit dark since he switched off the lights but let the curtains open. It feels gloomy when living alone again. Changbin moved out recently and he did not have any company.
He badly needed someone in his house. He did not want the loneliness eat him alive.
The sudden doorbell made his head snap towards the door behind the wall. He did not remember inviting anyone or anyone saying they are going to visit him, moreover after his last night's breakdown.
Nonetheless he opened the door and surprised when seeing Chan waving behind the gate with a huge grin.
"Hyung?" he muttered while opening the gate for him.
