I had been shocked at what matt says and also scared. After he had finished i sat in utter silence as Ricky cried into Ezras chest. "W-what about S-Simon-n?" i ask "He didnt have a choice in going, it isnt to find more land theyre putting him to work at a sacrificial site, where once is built he will be sacrificed along with everyone else who had been taken there" he says "Then we are saving them, Today" i tell him "Its becoming dark but we will leave at first light in the morning" he says.
He guided us to a hut along the small river "We dont have much here right now but i hope this is enough" he says opening the door "Its great thank you, although theres only three beds" i tell him "Arent you two a couple?" he asks gesturing to myself Malakai "Oh i um no we arent" i say awkwardly "Im sorry i misunderstood i would get you another room Raven but i dont have any right now except my hut" Matt says "Its alright we can share" Malakai says putting his arm around me as jealousy took over him.

"I just want to die" i say plopping onto a bed"I wouldnt ever let you princess" Kai says looking through the shelf of books and other things. "Ravey?" Ricky asks me "Yeah honey?" i reply "Whos our real mummy and daddy?" she asks "Listen honey i dont know and maybe we will never know but thats okay because you have me and we have the boys" i say hugging her.
a knock was heard on the door and Ezra opened it "We dont have much but heres some pajamas for bed and this book will help you tomorrow read as much as you can" Matt says before leaving. We take turns getting dressed so no one sees anyone before we sit in our beds Myself and Kai on the top, Ezra below us and Ricky on the other bed. (Raven, Ricky, The Boys)

"Who wants to read the book?" Ezra says sarcasticly "We need to" i say "No we dont Raven but hey you can" he says chucking the book which would have hit me if Kai hadnt caught it. "Dinosaurs and their weaknesses" i read the title. Malakai and i had spent a few hours together reading the book although we sat far away from each other i always had the feeling to move closer but i couldnt.
we had ready about many dinos when i started to get tired and i drifted in and out of sleep against the wall "Time for sleep Princess" Kai says putting the book away and taking me into his arms. we had laid down together myself laying on his bare chest as his warmth radiated onto my cold body. i started drawing lines and shapes onto his chest trying to fall asleep as he softly played with my hair.
"Shes awake Mum!" i hear River yell. i slowly open my eyes to see myself laying in a hospital bed "Oh thank god your not dead Raven!" my mother says dragging me out of bed "Theres something you need to see honey, River go get it ready" she said. a blindfold found its way onto my eyes as i was seated in a chair.
i felt ropes wrap around me and questioned my mother "Dont worry your safe its apart of the surprise!" my mother said happily. soon enough with a smile plastered on my face the blindfold was removed and i frowned. Ricky, Simon, Ezra and Malakai sat against a wall blood dripping from the cuts on their bodies "let them go! what are you doing!?" I yell at her "making you pay child" my mother speaks holding a gun to Ricky.
Soon enough she shoots but Ricky was still alive with a bullet in her leg my mother laughed before shooting her in the head i screamed unable to focus with the tears streaming down my cold white face "Whos next?" my mother says laughing "No one! you just killed your daughter!" i yell at her only to watch as she shrugs her shoulders and more tears escape my eyes.
She then Shoots Simon and Ezra at the same time as they both fall lifeless to the ground. i was unable to breath watching them die right before my eyes i looked at Malakai i couldnt lose him too he had tears the same as mine as he looked into my eyes.
River Picks him up off the ground and takes his gag off "Anything to see to your princess?" River asks him smirking "I-i Love you Rav-" before he could finish i watched as River glides a knife across his neck as blood drips to the floor and i scream again breaking lose from my seat grabbing the knife from Rivers hand sitting by Malakai "I love you too" i whisper to him before doing the very same to my neck as i fall lifelessly to the ground next to him.
