Chapter 19 - Losing another

The day has come. Today is the day that All Might will be defeated and One For All will be gone forever. He just needs to bring him to his old apartment, where All For One is waiting for him, and get the drug in Bakugou. It was night, he looked at his watch. "19:27? In 3 minutes I have a meeting with All Might." He said with a smirk. He went out of his dorm and saw nobody there. He looked one last time at his dorm room door and said goodbye because he knows after betraying All Might he'll never come back. As he was walking down the stairs and looked everywhere, memories started to pop in every corner. He really didn't want to say goodbye to this place, but he has to.

He went to the gate of UA, where All Might was waiting for him. "I'm here!" Izuku said, All Might started to laugh. "You wanted to talk to me?" He asked. "I want to show you something, follow me." Izuku said and All Might followed him. While they were walking towards the destination, All Might tries to talk with Izuku about him and the League. Izuku gave vague answers until 1 question took his attention. "Do you know the leader of the League?" All Might asked. "The leader? That's Shigaraki right?" He asked. "We don't think so, that's why I asked you." All Might said. Izuku thought for a moment of what to say now. Does he tell the truth or lie?

"I heard that some members are talking about some kind of big boss, but I have never met him because they still think I'm a child." Izuku lied. "Did they describe anything about 'Big boss'?" All Might asked. Izuku acted like he was thinking hard. "The only thing I know of him is that he is very powerful, that's all, I'm sorry." Maybe I talked a little bit too much, Izuku thought. "That answer was good enough, thanks Young Midoriya." All Might said with a smile. Izuku smiled too, it was a real smile that he showed. "Where are we going?" All Might asked. "You'll see, I want to keep it as a surprise."

A few minutes passed by and they finally arrived. Okay, we are here, now I have to bring him to AFO. Izuku felt something, like he and All Might aren't alone, like some kind of threat. He shook his head, hoping that the feeling would go from his head. "This is..." "My old apartment." Izuku interrupted All Might. "I want to show you something here." All Might followed him. Izuku went deeper inside the old ruins of his old apartment. They walked deeper in until Izuku recognised a certain place where he would meet up with AFO. "Why did you bring us here?" All Might asked. "You ask too many questions, Toshinori." AFO said. All Might looked shocked at AFO, then to Izuku. He looked at Izuku like he betrayed him, which he did, but Izuku felt bad that he did it. "You met my assistent, right Toshinori?" "What do you want AFO?"

AFO started to laugh, Izuku felt something coming out of his mouth. He looked down to see black slime come out and knew that Kurogiri was going to teleport him somewhere. After a second, he was right next to AFO. "I know you care deeply of Midoriya over here, so how would you feel if I killed him right in front of you?" AFO said. Izuku looked scared at AFO. I thought I was your important pawn, why are you going to kill me when the job isn't done yet? Izuku thought. "Let him go!" All Might yelled. AFO laughed again. "If you want him to free him from me, then you need to defeat me first All Might!" AFO pushed Izuku from him onto the ground.

Izuku didn't want All Might to fight against AFO. He looked around and was shocked to see someone, even worse, some people. It wasn't the League, but his classmates. What are they doing here? He thought. He ran towards them to stop them before they make it worse. Before he could say anything, he got attacked by Bakugou. "YOU TRAITOR!" He yelled. "I-I'm not..." Izuku got interrupted by other classmates trying to attack him. Without laying a hand on them, Izuku tried to communicate with them so they would stop attacking him. "GUYS! I'm on your side!" "LIAR!" Most of them said. Izuku pushed all of his classmates aside and kept them there. Uraraka and Bakugou stood in front of him. "I'm not lying guys, I'm on your side." "Then why would you bring All Might to that monster?" Bakugou asked angrily.

"I had no choice! I didn't ask for this! I loved spending time with you guys! I loved being friends!" Izuku said, he felt a tear rolling down his cheek. "I-I'm sorry Deku, but... I don't believe you anymore." Uraraka said. Izuku's world shattered into pieces right in front of him. Bakugou and Uraraka both ran towards Izuku to attack. Izuku, with all the anger he had, used black whip to catch both of them. He threw someone hard against a wall, without even noticing what he's doing. Izuku stopped for a moment and realised what he did. "NO!" He screamed and ran towards Uraraka, who he threw against the wall, and let go of Bakugou.

He took her in his arms. "No no no no no, what did I do?" He said. "I'm sorry Uraraka." He said and hugged her closer. "Please say something so I know that you're alive." Izuku prayed, but no answer came. Tears started to come down. "Why am I so cursed? Why do I have this quirk, just so I could lose everyone I love." "You're a monster, Deku." He heard someone say behind him. Izuku was angry again. He remembered the drug that Toga gave him. He took out a gun and shot Bakugou with the drug. "ARGH!" Bakugou yelled. "Nobody can call me Deku anymore." He looked at the fight that AFO and All Might have right now.

It looks like AFO was going to win, but he could care less. "My whole life, you made me feel worthless, bad, a piece of trash and I followed you like I had nothing else to do. Now how does it feel to be worthless? Say goodbye to OFA Bakugou, that drug will destroy it." He said. He walked away from bakugou. "Now I have a new destiny, try to make everything right again." He said. Izuku looked again and saw All Might on the floor. He flew towards him and looked at his pulse. Nothing came out. "You... You killed him?" Izuku asked. "Yes and I hope you did your job?" "Yes..." Izuku said with a sad face. "We are now the winners, the villains won!" AFO yelled. Everyone was happy, the League came out of the shadows celebrating. But Izuku didn't feel happy.

"What are we going to do with those kids?" Dabi asked. "Let them go, they are just too young to die." Izuku said. "Listen to your new boss, let them go." AFO said. Izuku wasn't happy to hear that, he couldn't believe what he had done.
