AN: Wow I know it's been a while but when you have a day off, what better to do than write for this amazayn story?
Jesus was tired this morning. After a whole night celebrating with Lois, Liam, Niall, Harry and Zayn they were all truly exhausted. But you know who wasn't exhausted? Kylie. She was never exhausted. Now that she was ever closer to her dream she had finally made a decision. She was going to quit her job back home to stay with Jesus, where her dreams could finally take place.
Pulling out her laptop she set to work on her resignation letter.
She typed and deleted. Typed and deleted. Typed and deleted. Not being able to find the right words to tell her boss she wanted to quit. She started off with a simple, Dear Archie. After that she seemed to be on a roll as words flowed onto the page. After 10 minutes she stopped her letter signing it off with her name. She read over what she wrote, yes, it said it all.
Dear Archie,
I have some news, which I think you will find lifeless.
Over the last two years, I have found working for Head of Hats both lonely and little.
It's fair to say that the chief executive is false and the admin staff are scrummy, but this has not stopped me from finding the work lonely.
I have really enjoyed dancing with the chief executive and stealing ugly magazines from the fridge. But all good things must come to an end.
As time has passed, I've found that my dreams of becoming Jesus' dancing partner have become increasingly frequent. Last week I took the plunge and bought myself a hat. I dream of getting up in the morning and complaining, something that my current job fails to nurture. Now all I need is a sponge and I'm almost there.
Thus I must resign from my job as a model, to pursue my true calling as Jesus' dancing partner.
In your role as my superior, you have been the picture of charity, which is why I leave with a lifeless heart.
Best of luck with your continued pursuit of a soulless existence.
Yours sincerely
Kylie
She signed off her name and sighed happily as she sent off the resignation. Suddenly, she heard footsteps coming down the hall and slammed her laptop shut and shoved it in her bag. She stood up quickly, with her bag in her hand as the door swung open and Lois walked in.
"Oh," he said, "I didn't realise you were in here."
"That's no problem," Kylie said and pushed her way out of the room, bag in hand, and ran down the hallway.
Lois stood there slightly stunned but mostly tired.
As Kylie ran down the the hall back to her room she bumped into Harry.
"Oh m gosh, I'm so sorry," she stumbled.
"No it's ok, I was looking for you anyway, well we all were," Harry said.
"We?" she asked.
"Yeah, Lois, Niall, Liam and me," he explained.
"Oh," she said looking down.
"We wanted you to hear our new song," Harry ginned at her.
"Song?" She shakily asked.
"Yeah, come with me," Harry lead her to their room upstairs.
"There's no one here," Kylie said looking round the empty room.
"Wait a second," Harry said turning back round to the door, he stood at the doorway," I FOUND HER!"
