So this is what I did I was watching Netflix for a while and I decided to shift because I didn't try for a while, so I did the Julia and the Raven, I said 'i am a bunch of times until I had felt some symptoms so once I felt symptoms I counted to 100. I was in the middle of counting and I FUCKING FELT A FUCKING HAND ON MY MF THIGH! So at that point, I was like ' ok just breath and keep counting' once I counted to 100 I felt like I was floating, and then I fell asleep. I wish I woke up before I woke up. now I'm sad:/ and mad
