Two workers began to load boxes onto a delivery truck.
"I know I'm not supposed to ask," one said.
"Then don't," said the other.
"C'mon," the first began to whisper. "What's in 'em?"
"Fine." The other worker took a box cutter from his pant leg and slit the nearest one down the middle. "Have a look."
The first pulled apart the flaps. He peeked his head in. "I can't—"
The other pushed him in and lunged onto the box to keep it shut. He reached for the tape in his other pant leg.
"I told you not to ask."
