Hopeless love

JUNGKOOK'S POV 

Its been two days since the ball and I haven't been able to get that cinderella out of my mind. Aish I'm almost going crazy. Speaking of craziness I have been in my room since then. Mother must be worried. Just as I was thinking the door got a faint knock.

"Come in.", I said not bothering to ask who was here. "Where have you been son ??", asked mum approaching me with a frown on her face. "Nowhere. Just feeling off.", I said not wanting to talk further. "Well then get ready for the upcoming meeting.", she said as she was about to leave. 

"Wait........", she stopped on her tracks, turning around slowly she had a furious expression on her face. "Don't tell me you forgot.", she said looking into my eyes as I looked away giving her the much expected answer. 

"Well its never too late. I'll order your clothing and you just prepare for it by updating yourself with recent political activities. Remember, if you do anything to bring disgrace to our name and kingdom, your father would be unimaginably mad at you and you know what that means.", she said before yelling a small 'Open the door' to the guards out there.

Before leaving she said one last thing. "You are a JEON, better prove it." 

I nodded slightly before going through all necessary things for the meeting where all our ministers and supporters will be discussing things to bring benefits to the kingdom.

TIMESKIP AFTER MEETING 

I sighed heavily as everyone left except for a soldier who came to me. "Mr. Min Yoongi has arrived Prince.", he said before bowing as he left. 

Min Yoongi aka Suga is my Bestfriend, he is the heir of Mins, who are a powerful family, in our support ofc. His father attended the meeting but he wasn't there probably with his boyfriend, duh. I feel single af when I'm around them.

I walked towards my room. The guards opened the door for me as I walked in hugging yoongi before throwing away my coat and plopping on the bed.

"Tiring day??", he asked walking towards me and sitting on the other corner of the bed. "Sure, hyung." I said, "Nothing new to me." I continued sighing.

"Well yeah but how are you??", he interogated , "You have been missing."

"Just stressed out."

"Woah that's new."

"I know hyung."he gave me the looks before saying, "Okay, now spill."

"Nothing just caught up in something.", I said not wanting to tell him about my little crush on my enemy, "Something or someone ??", he said with the biggest smirk.

"Its not what you think hyung ~", I whined and that's unusual. I don't get annoyed that easily. "Oh c'mon, this was me before I confessed to Taehyung.", he said matter of factly, well yeah he did act weirdly when he first met Taehyung hyung but not my case. Atleast he didn't fall for an enemy.

"Zoned out again, typical first love things.", he said," Now spill, you know you suck at lying. Just as I was about to open my mouth to spit a few words the door knocked again. "Must be Taehyung.", Yoongi said before yelling a come in. He was right it was his boyfriend Taehyung. I watched as he walked up to yoongi pecking his lips before sitting beside him on the bed. 

"How have you been ??", Taehyung said. "Our Jungkook is in love.", said Yoongi earning a gasp from his boyfriend. "Stop it hyung!!"

"Not until you tell me who it is~", he said. "Yeah right !! "cheered Taehyung. 

I decided to tell them as they're gonna find out either way. As Yoongi-hyung mentioned I am pretty bad at lying. They are the only people I trust so I thought of spilling the tea I had.

"Okay, but its of no use, I would have to get over it asap.", I said with pain evident in my voice. " Are you kidding me ?? We have waited since forever for you to fall in love and now you are speaking of getting over it.", Tae hyung said freaking out. "Relax Taehyung !!"

"I can't have him anyways."

"Stop beating about the bush and spill before I fucking throw you out of the window!!", yup that's Yoongi. "Now you relax", said taehyung.

"So it's a HE, hm interesting."-KTH

"Yup and no normal one I am in love with the heir of THE PARK'S throne. Park Jimin made me fall for him.", I said in one breath. Taehyung had tears in his eyes for some unknown reason meanwhile Yoongi looked like he saw an alien. Silence filled the room as no one dared to speak a word for which I was glad.
