Saranghaeyo, Noona!

Chapter 2

Today is the beginning of Ivy & Lance's island hopping vacation. They're going to start in Bohol. And as I promised, I'm coming with them. But I'll be staying there for only 3 days. After that I'll be going back to Manila and they will continue their trip to Boracay then to Palawan.

We checked in at Panglao Island Nature Resort & Spa. The place is so serene with so many trees surrounding the place. The infinity pool looks great. They even have their own islet. Our room has the seaside view. When we look outside, below our room is the sea already and at night when the spotlights are turned on we can clearly see the school of fish swimming around and we can hear the waves crashing on the rocks.

"Wow! This place is beautiful! I'm so glad we came here." Lance said while continuously taking pictures.

"I'm glad you liked it Lance. For sure you'll love Boracay and Palawan too." I said to him while wading on the water.

"I really love the white sand here, it feels like clay." Ivy said while trying to build a sand castle.

"I'll post some pics on instagram. I'm sure a lot of our friends from L.A. will envy us." said Lance while laughing

"Post a picture of Samantha too, some of your friends might get interested once they see her." Ivy whispered to Lance while smiling mischievously.

"Alright! Posting done! Now, we'll just have to wait and see." Lance whispered back to Ivy

After swimming, we decided to wash up first so that we can visit the Chocolate Hiils and the Bohol Bee Farm.

"Bru... Listen to this... Isn't his voice sounds so sexy?"I asked Ivy. "But he's still young. Aigoo!! The kpop groups I'm interested in is getting younger and younger while I'm getting older and older." I'm currently playing GOT7's Stay on my phone while waiting for her to finish her make up.

"Umm... Yeah... But puh-lease... bru, enough with the kpop thingy okay! You're already 27 going 28 this year. Don't you think it's time to stop fangirling already?" She said.

"Why? Is there a law now stating that fangirling is not allowed for people my age?" I answered stubbornly.

Ivy sighed. "You know I love you right? And I'm just concern about you. I want you to have a real relationship and not just having a one-sided love with your idols."

"Of course bru! I know that. And don't worry if someone comes along, I will not close my door. Promise! But if there really is no one, then I accept my fate. Maybe I really have the Gift of Single Blessedness" I smiled at her.

"Oh no no no! I won't allow that. That's why we're going to show you off. I'm sure that the one for you is just out there waiting." She said while wagging her finger on me.

After dinner, Lance was checking his Instagram. He smiled when he saw that many of his followers liked and commented on the picture he posted. Then he showed his post to me. The caption said "Beautiful, right? :)" It's a picture of the beach during sunset. It is indeed beautiful. Then I noticed...

"Hey, that's me!" I said wide eyed. It was a picture of me looking at the sunset. Only the left side of me can be seen as I was facing the sea. In the picture, I was sitting on the sand while holding my knees together near me.

"Yeah. You're the model." Lance said while smiling

Many commented about the beauty of the place and asking where it is. The last comment caught my attention. The person is asking, "Which one? 😜". I gave his phone back to him.

Then Lance replied to that comment, "Hey lil bro, what do you mean by which one?

The person replied, "Coz I'm seeing two beautiful things in that pic. The scenery and... 😜"

"And? 😄" Lance replied

"Haha! Just joking hyung! It's nothing! I think that place is very nice. I hope I can visit that too someday. Where is that anyway?" Instead of comment the person send a direct message

"Oh, the place is called Bohol. It's here in the Philippines. You really should try going here. The place is very nice"

"I really hope that I'll be able to. I'll even come with my members. I'm sure they'll love that too. How did you know of that place anyway?

"I came with my girlfriend. She's a Filipina. We're on vacation right now."

A long moment passed and no reply from the other person.

"My friend.... The one I'm telling you about that is working in Korea. Well, he commented on the picture." Lance said to me with teasing eyes.

"Oh, so that's him. What's his job in Korea?" I asked

"Last I heard, he debuted as a kpop idol...." As I heard "kpop idol" I immediately looked at him. Did I heard it right? He has a friend who is a kpop idol? Oh yeah!

"For real? Kpop idol? What's his name? From what group is he?" I asked Lance. Excitement can be heard from my voice. My eyes rounded with anticipation.

"Yeah! For real! His name is Mark Tuan." As Lance said that, I felt like I was frozen. I can't move my body at all. His friend is.... Mark Tuan. My bias from Got7.

I'm a JYP Nation fan. I love 2PM first then learned to love Got7 too...even more than 2PM... I think.

"You know Got7, Sam?" Lance asked. What shouId I say? I definitely can't say that I love Got7, especially Mark. They're friends. Suddenly, I felt shy.

"Uhmm... yeah... They're from JYP too. Their sunbae is 2pm which is my favorite kpop group." I answered. Trying to compose myself so as not to look so much like a fangirl. It's not actually a lie coz it's true that I like 2pm too.

"Oh! Really? Maybe we can ask him to let you meet 2pm when we go to Korea"

"Haha! That would be nice. But only if it's not too much of a bother to him," I said. But deep inside I'm nervous to meet Mark, my ultimate bias as of now.

"Then let's call him." He started calling as he said that. But no answer. "Hmm... maybe he's busy. I'll try to call him again later"

"Let's try their body massage!" Ivy said enthusiastically.

"Yeah! I heard their spa is great. You two should go. I'll just be in our room. I'm sure Lance would like to have "alone" time with you." I teased. I just want to give them some time together to enjoy the place. "And besides, I need to pack my things coz I have an early flight tomorrow morning"

"Oh right! I almost forgot that you'd be leaving already. Okay, then can you bring this with you back to our room so we can just go straight to the spa?" Ivy gave me her bag.

"Sure bru! I'll go now. Bye! Enjoy yourselves!" I said to them. Then I left.

I was already in our room, starting to pack my things when I heard a phone ringing. I followed the sound and found that it's coming from Ivy's bag. I searched the bag and found Lance's phone ringing. Unknown number. Thinking that it might be an important call so I answered it.

"Hello!" I said as I answered the phone.

"Uh....hello! May I speak with Lance please?" Said the male caller. I don't know why but it gave me chills when I heard his deep voice.

"Oh sorry he's not here right now. Would you like to leave a message?" I said

"Uhmm...okay, can you please tell him to just call me back. I'm Mark Tuan." As I heard that, my eyes widened and I covered my mouth with my hand. Oh-my-gosh!
