Chapter 5 - An Awful Deal

Keith's POV

After me and Girlfriend's date, I took her home and we parted ways, I was wondering why she was so concerned about Pico. That was practically the only thing we talked about, I would try to change the subject everytime because I was getting uncomfortable talking about my ex, but she kept on asking questions about him. I couldn't even ask her why when I was walking her home because it seemed too awkward to me. It wasn't nighttime yet so I decided to walk to the park and chill there.

Once again I remembered Pico, we had one of our dates here, we made a lot of good memories Although that was until that incident.. But I forgive him, of course. But then again I already have a girlfriend, however, I don't feel like leaving Girlfriend for Pico. Not gonna lie, Pico is a great guy, I just kind of fell out of love after sometime. But that was all in the past, I don't know how I feel about him anymore now. I walked around the park more and sat near a fountain in the middle of the park.

I was getting kind of bored so I took out my phone and sat there for awhile, after getting too bored I went home. There isn't really much to do nowadays, I could invite girlfriend over? But I felt too lazy to call her and clean my house since it was a mess, so I just went to my couch and laid down. I opened the TV and just watched whatever was being played.

Girlfriend's POV

I can't let Keith near Pico anymore, It's too dangerous. What if he tries to steal my boyfriend away from me? I need to do something about this. I need to make Keith hate Pico again, but I can't let him know. Ugh, I can't think of any ideas.. "Hmmm, what do we have here..?" Who was that..? "That isn't important." "Where are you? How are you hearing my thoughts?!" "Calm down, I'm here to help you." "Huh..?" "You need to get rid of Pico, right?" "Yes but, how did you know?" "I have my ways, but anyway, I'm offering you help." "What will I do for you in return..?" "Sacrificing someone you love." "What?! No!" "I promise it'll be worth it, besides, I'm itching to kill that redhead fucker.." "..." "Do you accept or not?"  "Fine, I will, but just this once." "Alright, I'll go deal with that bastard."

How will they kill if they're just a voice..? Well atleast I have a henchman now. I wonder what happened between them, They seemed really triggered about Pico. But now I think need to think about who I'll sacrifice.. Is it really worth it? What if they betray me and snitch on me? I sigh not knowing if I should trust this random voice inside my head, am I going crazy..?

Keith's POV

I fell asleep on my couch, and when I woke up it was very early in the morning, "Wow, I really need to fix my sleeping schedule." I went to the bathroom to use the toilet and wash my face, I then went to go get ready for the day. I was thinking about what to do, and then I came across the thought of going to Pico's house, Although I wasn't sure if I was welcome, but I still wanted to give it a shot. On my way there I came across a store and bought some food there.

Pico's house was still far from mine since I moved, but hopefully he still lives near the same place. Where I.. Left him. I feel bad for not even saying goodbye to him, I felt really upset at that time and didn't even think about how he would feel if I left him.

I finally got to his house, if he is still here. I knock on the door two loud times and stopped, I try to turn the door knob to see if it's unlocked, It was unlocked so I continued to open it and get inside, And then I heard a loud thud come from upstairs. I panicked and ran as fast as I could upstairs, the thud came from the bathroom.. I open it to see.. 

..Pico covered in blood..
