Finally, the day had come and Yoongi was thrilled to get out. From now on, it would be him and Ryan and their life together. During the last 18 months, he had enough time to think about how he wanted their future to be. A house a bit outside of Seoul with enough room for his brothers to stay with them if they wanted and a studio for him, so he could produce his music close to the love of his life and eventually future little Ryans.
But before he could go and see his fiancée, he met up with his group, his brothers that had been apart from him for as long as he had been away from Ryan. And he had to admit, that being away from them was almost as hard as being away from her
"Hey, Hyung." Jimin came running to him with the biggest smile.Yoongi was glad to see that he was safe. Then Joon appeared and hugged both of his friends tightly, starting to cry.
"Don't tell me the military had made you soft, Namjoon-ah?" Yoongi teased him, holding his own tears at bay.
The leader had not time to answer when Hoseok and Taehyung walked up to them. Both all smiley faces and so happy to see their brothers again.
"Where are Jin and Kook?" The leader asked the managers that were waiting on the side, giving the boys a moment to themselves as they reunited.
"Yah, did you all miss Mr. World Wide Handsome?" They heard Seokjin before they saw him but were amazed when he stepped out from behind the managers.
"How could you look exactly the same as 18 months ago?" Jimin inquired of him, looking closely at his face.
"I think ARMY was right, you are a vampire!" Taehyung added before hugging his hyung.
"Where is our golden maknae?" Hoseok exclaimed a bit louder.
"I'm coming Hyungs." They heard someone announcing as they watched with their mouth open, a bulky man running towards them.
"Damn, what did they do to our little Kookie?" Jin asked the group as he looked over Jungkook's large frame. The youngest blushed before pulling the oldest into his embrace.
"You gonna break him, Kook! Take it easy." Hoseok warned him as he patted his shoulder.
"I have missed you all so much!" Namjoon exclaimed looking at his friends standing before him with teary eyes.
"Make him stop!" Jimin shouted, starting to cry as well.
"Holy shit! Get yourself together. Why are you even crying? We are finally back, all seven. Let's celebrate." Yoongi advised the group, gesturing towards the exit. But first came work as a lot of people were waiting to see them, fans and reporters from all over the world were staying in front of the gate that still separated them from their old lives.
The men were guided to one tent where the staff had prepared outfits and accessories as well as another tent for make-up and hair. Yoongi hurried to the latter, hoping to find Ryan but unfortunately, she was not there.
"Have you seen Ryan?" He asked the make-up noona who was putting some concealer on his face.
"She is not here today." The lady replied looking away.
Yoongi found it odd but questioned it not further, thinking that maybe she had a surprise planned for him at home.
"Is your girlfriend not here?" Jungkook asked when he sat next to his hyung.
"No, they say she isn't."
"How have you two been these last months?" The maknae was still the little curious boy even if his appearance had changed.
"Good. She visited me a few times and we wrote letters. I kind of hoped to see her here because I haven't gotten a letter from her in a month now."
The stylists asked Yoongi to come put on a new outfit, so he left Jungkook to do his make-up alone.
