~ IB: The-Jealous-Dick and Territorial-Twat

Theodore has always been teased for his jealousy and protective side in his relationship with Carina. But unknowing to their friends and family, Carina has a "territorial" side which she only shows if she and Theodore are alone.

Carina is never the jealous type; it was one of the things that Theodore admired and loved about her. It just shows that she trusted in with everything and never doubted him in anything. But, she was protective. She would always say that she has always been protective of her family – which was clearly established when she tried to hex a man tried to confuse Viktor about his parentage when the boy still had no idea that he was adopted. (Long story). And when she threatened a witch to have her three-headed dog rip her to pieces when they accused Theodore of being part of some former Death Eater crimes (another long story).

But it wasn't those incidents that showed Carina being territorial. It was something only seen by Theodore whenever it was only the two of them. It amused him to see that she has that side of her since it shows that he wasn't the only one in their relationship that was "over-protective". And though he wouldn't admit it, he liked it when Carina would go territorial since it would usually lead to them canceling plans, have the kids at Sirius and Charity's or Roman's, and then the two of them would be in their bedroom for the next couple of hours. Or in the study –whichever they preferred.

The first time Theodore saw or experienced Carina's "territorial-side" was back when she was invited to a Maj-Astra event in Spain. Since they married (and have children), whenever Carina would be invited to talks in Maj-Astra conventions, Theodore would not hesitate to go with her since it would mean for them to spend some time together without being interrupted by the children. They love them – yes – but having four kids in one house, all equally mischievous as their parents (and godfather) was sometimes too much, and that they needed a break.

Days before they left for France, Theodore, and Carina already talked with Sirius and Charity about leaving Romulus, Sofia, Viktor, and Theo with them for three days. They were happy enough to take them in, on the day itself when Carina and Theodore brought the four children to the estate, instead of Sirius and Charity, the couple saw Elias, Ethan, and Teddy in the living room with no adult supervision.

"Where are Mum and Dad?" Carina asked.

Romulus, Sofia, Viktor, and Theo ran straight to Teddy and tackled him to the ground.

"Oh, Mum went to buy some ingredients at Diagon Alley, Dad decided to pop by Harry's to get the Potter-devils," Elias answered.

"You mean James, Albus, and Lily, right?" Theodore asked.

"That's what I said."

"Hold on, if you call the Potters, Potter-Devils – what do you call our kids?"

Silence came to the room. Ethan decided to change the subject in fear of Carina's wrath. "So, what brings you guys here?"

"Well, Mum and Dad agreed to watch over the kids while we're at Spain," Carina answered.

"Ah, honeymoon two-point-oh." Elias skipped to Theodore's side and kept hitting his hip to his in-law.

"Aren't you fifteen or something?" Theodore raised a brow.

"Oh please, you act like you didn't have those thoughts when you were fifteen."

"I didn't, because I was busy trying to save myself, and make sure to protect Carina during a freaking war." Theodore crossed his arms over his chest and looked down at Elias.
