"Woah, what happened to your hand?" Fred asked, sitting next to Rapunzel on the bench. The chilly wind whipped through their hair and across their skin, and Rapunzel buried her face into her scarf.

She looked down at her hand, the large cut across her palm had healed into a scar overnight; she had her abilities to thank for that.

"I, er, accidentally grabbed a knife by the blade once," she lied, not wanting him to know what had happened with the troll.

Whenever she thought about the injury it started to hurt, even though it was technically healed; a weird phantom pain.

"Ooh, that'll get you. Can't believe I didn't notice it before, it's huge!" Fred exclaimed, grabbing Rapunzel's hand to look at the scar without thinking. "If I hurt my hand in Qudditch we'll match!"

"Oh, you've got your match today! I'm surprised George isn't with you, trying to get you pumped up." Rapunzel said, face flushed as she slipped her hand from his.

"He's chatting up Lee," Fred grinned. "Maybe one day Lee will pluck up the courage to ask him out on the mic, wouldn't that be something?"

"You're trying to be their matchmaker, aren't you?" Rapunzel asked with an amused smirk, eyebrow raised.

"No idea what you mean," Fred shrugged, a sly look crossing his face.

"Uh huh. Well, good luck in the match...wait!" Rapunzel suddenly stood up from the bench, going over to a patch of grass that had only a few surviving daisies; with not much life left due to the changing seasons.

She carefully picked one, walking back over to Fred. He watched her, curious as to what she was doing.

Rapunzel tucked the daisy into the breast pocket of his Qudditch robes, beaming with satisfaction when she saw it poking out.

"There, lucky flower."
