Percy Can Sing?

Annabeth's POV

Percy shuffles nervously. "Ummm. Ok then. Sorry for my terrible singing voice. Um. I guess I'm going to sing a song that I wrote called 'Monster' I suppose," Percy says.

Right before Percy starts to sing Apollo cuts him off,"You have to give an explanation!" Percy sighs,"Ok. So when I was in the pit with Annabeth I did something that I shouldn't have. I controlled things that shouldn't have been controlled, and I scared Annabeth. I wrote this song about how um... I'm a monster."

Everyone turns to me. Oh. Tartarus. Blood control. Poison. Screaming. Begging.

"Um once again Annabeth, I'm sorry," Percy says. "Ok! Start singing," Apollo says. Percy sighs and starts singing:

Everyone is dead silent as Percy finishes singing. Percy nervously laughed,"Wow, I knew I was bad but I didn't know I was that bad." Taking the silence the wrong way. "That was amazing!" I yell out. "Oh, Um, thanks?" A camper yells out,"How come we never knew that you could sing?" Many people grumble and agree.

Percy just turn to Apollo,"I did what you wanted, revealed one of my biggest secrets. Are you happy now?" I didn't know Percy felt so strongly about what happened when he was doing that. I sometime need to tell him that I don't see of him as a monster. Yes, what his did was scary, but he's not a monster.

Apollo laughs nervously,"I may have made a teensy lie. You have to preform another song. There is a specific song that you have to preform."
