As Kiara took her time that is left on the surface, laying down on the snow, suffering from the wounds and stabs from the battle, her tears slowly slides down from her eyes as she look at a pathway
“ I'm sorry everyone, I.. Let you all down, I'm..so.. Sorry ”
She silently cried as she spoke of how a failure she is to her army and to her king, Mori then appeared and slowly walks towards Kiara
“ ..Kiara.. ”
Kiara then slowly looks at Mori as she coughed
“ who's there..? ”
Mori then kneeled down in front of Kiara and slowly wipes the snow and tears out of Kiara's eyes and spoke
“ The reaper who is about to take your life ”
Kiara then slowly laughs as she opens her eyes and looks at Mori
“ ah.. So you really are a reaper, here to take my life away, without thinking if I can still live or not ”
Said Kiara, Mori then slightly laughed as well and spoke
“ You have zero chance of surviving such injury bird, just let me do my job and end this quick ”
Kiara then slowly closes her eyes then sighed as she spoke
“ Do whatever you want, just end this crap I've been living.. ”
Mori then slowly raised Kiara's head, Kiara's hands slowly fades to ashes, Mori's eyes slightly widens as she gasps a bit, Kiara then spoke
“ Haa... It's nice to be the general for just a bit.. ”
Mori tried to spoke but Kiara continued speaking
“ Kiara... ”
“ I wanted to thank the General for.. Protecting me back then.. Twice.. He's very kind and protective.. ”
Mori then sighed and said
“ Kiara listen, You're a phoenix, A creature that is gifted with eternal life.. Once you pass away in this time, You will be resurrected again ”
Kiara then looked at Mori, her memories started to come back as her body starts to fade away into ashes.
“ Ca.. lli.. ”
Mori's eyes slightly widens as she hears her name and spoke
“ ..You remember me now..? ”
Kiara then smiled as she slowly nods at Mori, Mori then laughed a bit
“ Damn, You remember me at this heck of a situation now huh, You're still a sh-tty bird as usual ”
Said Mori, Kiara slowly laughed as well, then spoke
“ Well, it's also your fault, you didn't remind me not even once when I came back, I told you to remind me ”
Mori then slightly flicked Kiara's forehead and said
“ Your boy isn't good at remembering stuffs like that bird ”
Kiara then laughed, her body slowly changes to ashes as she spoke.
“ This time, Remind me, okay calli? ”
Mori then slowly nods as spoke.
“ Sure bird, I'll try ”
After hearing Mori's answer, Kiara then smiled as she fades into ashes in Mori's arms, all that was left was Kiara's ashes and armor, Mori then stood up and looked at her hand that has Kiara's ashes then slowly clenches her fist and looked up in the sky as the snow falls on her cheeks and hand, she then slowly buried Kiara's ashes under the snow then walked away and went back to the underworld.
After a few weeks of not seeing Kiara, Mori sat down on her comfy chair and she drinks wine out of the bottle as she recalls Kiara's last words in that particular timeline of her death, but it doesn't bother her since she will be able to see Kiara sooner or later after she gets reborn in another timeline of another dimension, she then stood up and looked at the window, and saw something glowing from distance, she walked outside her door and walked to the light, she then noticed that it has a human figure and is walking towards the underworldian market place, she then decided to follow the figure that seems to have a robe covering its face and appearance, the other souls noticed the figure that it was glowing, the figure as well noticed that its being watched by the souls it passed so it decided running, Mori then shouted as she runs after it
“ Hey! Wait! ”
The figure just kept on running until it got cornered and Mori then blocked the entrance as she gets close to it, the figure then looked closely at Mori then slowly removes the hood that is covering its face and spoke
“ Calli!! ”
It was Kiara, she then ran towards Mori and then finally was able to hug Mori
“ Bird?! No! Stop it!! ”
Mori then used her leg and locked onto Kiara's and pulls it towards Mori to make Kiara stumble down to the ground as Mori pushes Kiara towards the ground to add acceleration to the impact, Kiara then coughed as she shouted
“ Ow! C'mon Calli! Take it easy! It was just a hug!! ”
Mori then spoke
“ I don't care, I don't like those f-cking hug things, you should know that bird ”
Kiara slowly stood up and laughed a bit as she said
“ Damn, what a Reaper you are, don't like hugs.. ”
Mori then crossed her arms and spoke
“ Listen, things like hugs doesn't fit me aight? hugging fits ya but for me? Nahh.. ”
Kiara then pouted as she slowly pulls Mori hand
“ Oh c'mon Calli, hugging isn't gonna kill you or anything, it just makes you feel nice inside ”
Said Kiara, Mori just lets Kiara held her hand as she sighed and spoke
“ sigh.. but why though..? This is the third time you wanna hug me, what is the purpose for it anyways..? ”
Kiara then smiled as said
“ The purpose is to Put a smile on your face, calli!, I rarely see you smile! So I decided to find a way to show my feelings for you and put a smile on your cheeks!! ”
Mori's eyes widened and was flustered after hearing what Kiara said and then spoke
“ What?! The f-ck are you talking about bird?!, I smile of course! Just... Not all the time like you do, so yeah, and what the f-ck do you mean by your "feelings"? ”
Kiara then sniffed and said
“ Calli's so mean to me.. ”
Mori then gave Kiara a confused face and spoke
“ uhh.. Okay..? ”
Mori then realized that Kiara is in the underworld for the first time then asked
“ Kiara, how did you get in the underworld? ”
Kiara looked at Mori.
“ I.. Actually don't know.. I tried to put a low profile but it seems like my hair blew out my cover, bummer.. ”
Mori then decided to take Kiara to her place so that she won't get lost in the underworld
“ Hey bird, wanna go to my place? ”
“ REALLY? YOU'LL LET ME COME TO YOUR HOME?! YES!! OF COURSE!! ”
Kiara answered, then Mori spoke.
“ as long as you don't touch Anything ”
Kiara nodded as her answer to Mori, they then went to Mori's home.
