"Okay, just friends" Wooyoung said to himself.

His memory went back to the day when he had asked Hongjoong for advice.

"Try being his friend. Then, when you become good friends with him, all your romantic feelings will wash away and brotherly feelings will develop... Trust me, it works" he had said.

Wooyoung held his lavender rose in his hand and knocked on San's cabin door, not minding soft glow of the setting sun.

"Come in" he heard San call.

Wooyoung took a deep breath and walked in.

"S-sannie" the nickname felt bitter in his lips.

"Yes, Wooyoung" San was laying on his bed, but he sat up when he saw Wooyoung.

"D-do you wanna be friends with m-me?" Wooyoung asked. Fuck no! I stammered he cursed to himself in his head.

Wooyoung handed over his rose and tried to sound confident. "I mean, you don't have to if you don't want to" he nervously shrugged and sat on San's bed, aware that he was sweating.

"Who said that I didn't?" San leaned in towards Wooyoung.

Fuck fuck fuck don't do that! he felt his face heat up and he started sweating even more.

San chuckled, trying to look confident, not realizing his bright red ears.

"C-can we?" Wooyoung asked again.

"Of course we can" San backed away. It won't hurt to be friends right? And for some reason, he suddenly wanted to protect Wooyoung.

"So we're friends now?" Wooyoung asked again, incase he heard San wrong.

"Sure" San said as Wooyoung sighed in relief.

"Wanna hang?" San asked.

"Hang?" He wants me to hang myself?! Wooyoung thought as his eyes widened.

"Yeah. Hang out" San said, confused.

"Oh! Hang out! Sure" Wooyoung smiled.

OH SHIT! NO! DON'T SMILE! San thought as he too gave a slight smile.

"Come on! Let's go to the lake" Wooyoung stood up and walked out of the cabin.

"Sure" San said and followed Wooyoung. At least I have someone to call my friend now..

"So, how about we get to know each other" Wooyoung said. "I'm Jung Wooyoung, and I'm gonna turn 18 this year. How about you?" he asked as they sat down by the lake.

"Choi San. 18" San replied as he extended his hand, without looking at Wooyoung, which he shook.

Wooyoung felt as if a spark lit in his palm when San's skin came in contact with his. San's cold hand felt freezing, but comfortable at the same time.

He loved San's hand in his so much that he didn't want to let go. He wanted to keep holding it, and San cooperated.

Please don't let me go... San thought, as he enjoyed the warm feeling that washed over his body when he shook Wooyoung's hand.

He finally found the courage in him to look at Wooyoung.

Wooyoung looked so gorgeous as he was bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun. Wooyoung was staring at their held hands, as a sight smile creeped over his face.

San looked at Wooyoung's glowing dark brown eyes. The shadow of his sharp jawline fell over his chiseled collarbones and his soft pink lips curved at it's edges.
