Wooyoung couldn't sleep that night. Lady Iris had paid for the three of them to stay in a hotel, so Yunho and Mingi were sleeping soundly after eating a whole lot of snacks and drinking gallons of coke.

Wooyoung wasn't the kind of person who would gulp down bag of crisps and coke, all he ate was an apple, and that too, reminded him of Jongho.

He got out of his bed and walked over to the balcony in their room. He opened the doors and let the soft night breeze stroke his face. He sat down on the cold floor and hummed a slow melody to himself.

"I wonder what he wished for, that night" Wooyoung's thoughts wandered off to the night where he stopped denying his feelings and the day him and San had watched the shooting stars.

"I want to complete my quest and come back to Sannie" he remembered wishing.

"I want to go back to him. . . That's all I want now" Wooyoung felt his heart ache. He had just confirmed his feelings when he wad dragged away to  stupid quest. "I want Sannie back. . ." he was done threatening to keep his tears in.

Wooyoung remembered when San had smiled, and how bad he wanted to poke San's dimples. He remembered when they laughed together, smiled together and had fun together. The first time San smiled, Wooyoung felt like it was the warmest feeling he had ever felt. He remembered how San's touch made sparks erupt in his skin, how his words made his face heat up and how his body felt home in his.

When he had seen San in the Iris message, he wanted nothing more than to jump through the mist in to San's arms. San looked sick and most of all, he had been crying. Wooyoung wanted to console San, but he couldn't.

Stop thinking as it it's the last time you're ever going to see him! he blamed to himself. But he had a nagging feeling, that he wouldn't see San, even after their quest is completed.

"I want him back" he pressed his knees to his chest and cried. Hot tears rolled down his soft cheeks and splattered all over the floor.

"We're gonna take you back to him" Wooyoung heard someone say as he left two larger figures sit next to him.

"Yeah" Mingi patted Wooyoung back while Yunho stroked his hair.

"We're gonna do this okay Young-ah? We're gonna complete this shit and go back to camp, to our friends" Yunho said softly. It was odd coming from the loudest one of their friends, but Wooyoung felt comfort.

"Thanks" Wooyoung sniffled and wiped off his tears.

"Sure, just wanted to tell you, if you're sad, happy or mad, we're here to spend those emotions together with you. . . We both know you miss him, so take it as a motivation to finish this stupid quest. We're gonna go back, no matter what" Yunho said firmly.

San sat there by the beach as he wrapped his coat tighter around his shoulders.

"Sannie. . . I want to hear you call out my name again. . ." San felt hot tears boiling in his eyes. "I want you to come back to me. . . To come hug me, to come kiss me and to hear out about my crazy feeling of love" he couldn't keep them in, they fell, as if his tears had a mind of their own.

"I wish for you, for Wooyoung" San remembered him wishing that night during the fall of stars.

"Would everything have changed, if I had the courage to say that I loved you? Would it have made you stay? Would you have not been going on this quest? And not coming back? Could you have been convinced to stay? Could you have been in my arms and not on a dangerous quest?" he questioned.

San wanted Wooyoung more than anything. He missed him deeply and everything seemed to remind him of Wooyoung. He remembered every little joke they shared, every little smile and laugh and most of all, every little memory they made.

Whether it be happy or sad, San just loved the time he could spend together with Wooyoung. Maybe his father was wrong, maybe Wooyoung would come back. But if it was Wooyoung's fate to die, no one can change it, but San wanted to change it.

"He's coming back. He will" San smiled amongst his tears.

"Please help him, Dad. I'm asking you for a favor, help him. I know this is out of your power. . . But please help him. . . Or help me, to help him" San put his palms together and prayed.

"I don't know why, but I feel so attached to him. I feel like we were meant to be" San looked up at the star scattered sky.

He laid down on the sand and kept looking in to the stars.

"I just want him to be safe, and for him to come to me again. . ." San let out a shaky sigh.

"He will" San felt someone lay on the sand next to him.

"Oh, Yeosang, it's you" San recognized Yeosang's deep voice.

"I know Young, he's strong than what he looks like. . . If he's determined, he'll come back. . . I know what your father said but- oh" Yeosang remembered that San had talked about Wooyoung when he was drunk.

"I told you didn't I? When I was drunk?" San chuckled at his own foolishness. But he ought to tell his friends anyway.

"Y-yeah" Yeosang said.

"By the way, you like Jongho don't you?" San asked.

"What? Me? Jongho? Like? No? No, never" Yeosang laughed nervously.

"Shut up, it's obvious" San laughed at Yeosang's clumsiness.

"You laughed. . ." Yeosang smiled. "And yeah, I think I do like him"

"Woo? That's confident of you but. . ." San said. He's mine.

"Young?? NO! I meant. . . him" San couldn't see it, but he knew that Yeosang must've blushed.

"Oh. . . Him" the edges of San's dry lips curved in to a smile.

A Woosan edit like the Woo one is on the way, it'd probably be done by the next chapter. . .
