"What are you doing here? How did you fall from that glowing portal looking thing?"

Did I mention he had a gun pointed in our direction?

"Hi," I waved with a sheepish smile. "I am Percy Jackson, this is Zöe Nightshade. We are...from another dimension-" cue jazz hands and singing voice "-what's your name?"

"I am Special Agent Timothy McGee from NCIS," he said, not putting the gun down. "I think you should come with me."

Hey everyone! This is the first official chapter I have written since I have been back from my mission. Any others before were all written before I left so I had some going while I was gone.

Let's get to it, shall we?

I thought it best not to resist seeing as this was a government agent and he was armed. Even if he looked a little too nerdy and young. Zöe on the other hand, wasn't too keen on following him.

"And why should we do that?" Zöe demanded. She folded her arms over her chest and fearlessly glared at him.

His mouth dropped open and he stared disbelievingly at her. "Ah-umm."

I put my hand on Zöe's shoulder in an attempt to calm her down. It was a little strange because she was still the same age as when she died. Roughly 14 years old. She was shorter than me but at least a foot and a half. "Zöe-"

"Let me go, Perseus," Zöe growled.

My hand let go like she was a hot iron. "Sorry but we can't exactly not listen to him, Zöe. He's got a gun and he's obviously a government agent." I grinned, looking back at him. "Besides, I want to see what NCIS stands for."

"Gun?" Zöe questioned. "Refresh my memory on what that is."

I blinked in surprise and shared a look with the agent dude. "Well, it's a miniature cannon of sorts. Fires a small round of metal into the air at destructive speeds."

"So I will not be able to duck?"

"No." I replied.

"Or decapitate him?" I looked at the agent, letting him answer. This was a little too amusing.

"Ah, no." Agent Dude saiid, with a small shake of his head.

There was a tense silence as Zöe contemplated the situation.

Finally she let out air through her nose. "Very well," she tossed her hair over her shoulder and moved toward the door. "Thou hast somewhere to take us?"

"Uh, right," Agent Dude put his gun away and brought out some hand cuffs. He moved closer to Zöe only to take several steps backwards when the huntress glared at him.

"Absolutely not," Zöe said. The agent was right to back off.

I sighed. "I'd leave it, she's taken out a helicopter with just arrows," I lifted my wrists for him to cuff. His eyes widened at my words. "Just be glad she agreed to come."

"One suspect in the interrogation room and another in the conference room." Agent Timothy McGee announced as he entered the area where their desks all were. There was a white haired agent at the desk across from the one he just sat at. An agent by the window and another blonde one across from him.

"Who are they McGee?" The one that spoke was an agent with slightly spiked hair behind the desk that was by the window. His clothes were top notch quality and freshly pressed.
