You and Venti have been in a relationship since the Dvalin incident, the god loves to play songs for you. His fingers grazing on the lyre while playing a song in front of Angels Share.
You have always wondered what made him become a bard. That's why you asked one day.
"Hey Venti, what made you become a bard?"
He seemed caught off guard by the question, his eyes widening and his whole body flinched a bit. Sensing his distress, you took his hand into yours, "You don't have to tell me, if it's private I won't ask anymore." The softness in your eyes made Venti feel safe, he trusted you with his story.
"Back then, I was but a wisp among the thousand winds. I wasn't a god of anything- I didn't even have a human form... I was just a tiny elemental being who lived in the wind, a gentle breeze bringing subtle changes for the better, or tiny seeds of hope.
The fascination in your eyes made Venti giggle before continuing,
"My current form is not so different from the situation with fake Stanley... I took the form of a friend."
'A friend?' confusion was evident in your face. "(F/N), let me tell you about them before you get all confused,"
In old Mondstadt transpired the story to be told
Where a tyrant rules, I met a boy, not that old
The lyre he played, and for a song he sought
But storm-walls blocked blue sky ─ he was sincerely distraught
"I do so wish to see the birds in flight"
Said he, his strong eyes filling with light
But his voice was lost in the howling wind's churn
For the whirlwind takes, and gives naught in return
The true sky, and songs that cageless soar...
Were they not wishes worth fighting for?
So the boy turned extending his hand:
"Let us cast down the tyrant and his walls from this land"
And we watched as his great tower fell none too soon..
Mondstadt began anew, the story passed down
And since then never has another worn its crown...
The story made you tear up a bit but you quickly recomposed yourself, "I'm so sorry about that Venti, I never knew.. I'm apologize for making you relive that memory." Venti laughs before saying, "Don't worry, these stories I tell you takes me back... Back to a song that I first heard from him."

He reminisced but quickly asked, "Would you like to hear a song I made for you?" Of course, you nodded and sat up, watching and listening intently.

He smiles, his fingers plucking on his lyre.
With simple songs, I wanted more Perfection is so quick to bore..

The sound of his voice made your mind go at ease and the melody made you sleepy.

You took my broken melody And now, I hear a symphony
Venti looked down to see you laying your head on his lap, his eyes watch over you with adoration before singing the last words.
