Britain's POV:

My phone rings. I pick up. "Hello?" I say. "Hello Britain, this is Egypt. We need to schedule Third's appointment." She says. "Ok, let's start." I say. "Ok, so I have some news." She says. "Good news?" I ask. "hell no." She says.

"Ok, what is it?" I ask. "He has no records. None at all. According to the hospital he never existed." She says. "Oh." I say. "Yeah. He's going to need to come in for not only a check up, and a possible prescription for pills. He needs to come in for a starting file, photo reference, basic info, magic level test, and vaccinations!" She says. "Oh my." I say. "That's not even mentioning what Greece has to do!" She yells.

"So come in early and he stays for the majority of the day?" I questioned. "Yep!" She says. "So what day?" I ask. "Tomorrow at seven will do good. I want this done with as fast as possible." She says. "Umm, ok then." I say. "See you tomorrow." She says. Then she hung up.

"What was that about?" England asks. "Egypt called to schedule an appointment for our guest." I say looking at the ground. "And?" My brother pushes. "He's not going to like it." I say.

We go upstairs and I find Third dusting the front shelves. "I have some news." I say, walking over and scanning the books. "Yes?" He asked. "You have your doctors appointment scheduled for tomorrow at seven." I say. He stayed quiet. "What is it?" I ask. "We don't like the doctor. We don't trust doctors. You're going to need to force us. I'll tell you this now." He says. "Good to know. I think I need to make one more call." I say, walking back down the stairs.

I take out my phone and dial a number I have not called in a long time.

JE's POV:

I was in my house reading a book in my room when I got a phone call. It was from an unknown number but I answered anyway.

"おはようございます." I greeted him. "Hello Imperial Japan. This is Britain." Said the British man. "Ah yes, it was hard to tell. The accent did not give you away at all." I joke. "Haha, anyways I called you for a reason." He said.

"Let me take a wild guess. You bit off more than you could chew with taking on watching my friend and now you need my help?" I say. "Actually he's been perfectly fine. Not much trouble at all." He says. "Give it time." I say. "Right, back on track. He's going to the doctor tomorrow morning and Third told me that I will need to force him. I was wondering if you could come to the hospital as well in case he starts to panic." He asks.

"Of course I'll help. What time?" I ask. "Seven." He says. "Oh wow. When does it end?" I question. "Eventually." He replies. "Oh it's one of those appointments." I say.

Time skip to tomorrow morning.

Red's POV:

I wake up to bumps. Like there was an earthquake. I open my eyes and see the interior of a car.

"Why am I in a car?" I ask. "Well you said we would need to force you and I didn't want to have a fist fight so I put you in the backseat while you were asleep." Britain said as he drove. I sit up. I was in the backseat.

"How did I not wake up? I'm usually a light sleeper." I say, rubbing my eyes. "I have my ways." He says. "That's reassuring." I say quietly to myself.
