Red's POV:

"Really? I knew I seemed like a psychopath but I didn't think it was that bad." I say. "It wasn't that bad. It was so much worse." He said. "Did...did I seem like a psychopath?" I ask. "Yes. We were actually going to have you put in an asylum originally. That is if we could blame insanity for your actions. You were so far gone from our point of view. It's as if you weren't even there. All of your actions, your words, your emotions were all fake. You looked like you were just a puppet. And JE looked no different. She was just more controlled." He said. "Oh." I say.

I don't like asylums. I've feared them since I was a little kid. It's how my dad kept me under control. How he convinced me to stay in our house where it's "safe". He would tell if they found me I would be tortured and locked up in a padded room. He wasn't wrong. That's exactly what they're like. That's why I was so scared at first. But no one ever turned me in.

Although some did try to turn me in. They kept on saying that they were doctors who wanted to help me get better. That they would fix me like magic. They would take good care of me. It's not like I had a family anyways. Good thing I'm not that gullible.

Soviet's POV:

He went quiet. He went silent. He just looked into space and started to cry. I've been trying to get his attention but he's stuck in his thoughts I guess. Note to self; don't say asylum around him. It appears to be a trigger word.

Well when someone is stuck in thought they still respond to their name. "Third." I say. Nothing. "Third?" I say more loudly. Well, then again. His name is a number so he may have learned to tune that out. Ok one more time. "Nazi!" That doesn't do it either. Wow, he really has learned to tune out his name? That's a bit much. Wait, what's his human name? Oh right!

"Danial Woodchester!" I yell. "I didn't do it!" He yelled back. We just stared at each other in silence. "Sorry, force of habit." He said quietly. "Why is that a force of habit?" I ask. "Well when I was a kid. Human me was often blamed for things he didn't do. So yeah." He said with a shrug.
