~Luke~
"Hey man, you're okay?"
"What happened?" I asked not bothering to open my eyes. Whoever it was probably knew me.
"You came to my house, drunk after you made everybody leave from yours and we spend two good hours of you drinking more and telling me how much you hate but like Feya" I opened one eye and saw Michael standing over my head with a weird expression on his face.
I groaned. Great. Now Michael knows I like his friend. Something more than just like her but let's keep that part between us.
"Pretend it never happened" I mumbled and quickly getting up and just as quickly regretting it and stumbling back on the couch I spend my night. To say I was hangover would be an understatement.
"Are you serious? Damn it Luke I had only asked you one thing and you just lied in my face" Michael said but not in a mad tone. More like in a disapproving one which was worse. I felt like I let him down or something.
"You told me not to hurt her. I didn't" I mumbled while rubbing my temples trying to bring some relief to my hammering head. Michael pointed to a painkiller and a glass filled with water he must have brought for me. I thank him and gulped the pill without thinking it may stick in my throat.
"What about the stupid bet?" Michael asked; his hands crossed in front of his chest and his eyes never leaving me. It sort of made me feel like he was interrogating me.
"Her idea" I simply said and got up slower this time so I wouldn't get dizzy again. "I just can't say no to tempting bets and offers, you know that" I added and Michael sighed. He was about to start a lecture thingy but I wasn't in the mood to listen to that.
"Either way it's over Michael. She was right and she won. I practically don't have to even talk to her anymore" I said and he looked like he wasn't going to start the lecture.
"Do you want a lift to school?" I asked. Michael then nodded smiling and I knew he wasn't angry at me for having this bet with Feya. Michael's car broke down couple of days back and it's not fixed yet.
"Why the hell did you have a party at a school night?" Michael asked and turning the radio on since he hates silent car rides.
"Hey did you see anybody complaining?" I asked and right before I started the car I put on my sunglasses. Winter or not the sun (the minimum sun we were having) was bothering my eyes. At least for a while I'm gonna have to keep them on.
"No but still." he said chuckling and texting someone on his phone.
"Who are you texting?" I asked and he looked at me surprised. We stopped at a red light, that was just a right turn away from school, and Michael only looked like he was blushing.
"It's this girl..." he started and I couldn't help but start laughing.
"Don't laugh at me you jerk!" Michael said and punched my shoulder which was a bit sore afterwards. I think he hit a nerve or something.
"How is she like?" I asked trying to contain my expression into a serious one.
"I don't really know...I was trying to save Feya's number in my phone but I typed something wrong and well...yeah...I haven't seen her" he said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck. I simply shook my head laughing slightly.
"We're so pathetic in the girl factor Mikey"
"Hey you are. She hasn't met me yet" he said while sticking his tongue out to me and returning his attention back to his phone while I parked at the school's parking lot.
