(Reader's P.O.V.)
My muscles are burning, begging me to stop walking but there's no way I'm stopping out here. The castle is so much closer now. Up close it's even more intimidating. The red bolts of lightning that strike it don't help much either. I push open the large doors. The décor is a mix of modern and medieval, like someone was in the middle of redecorating the place. A white couch resembling the one I have at home sits in front of a fireplace. There's another mysterious red stain. Please just be ketchup. I hug myself as I descend deeper into the castle. I hear someone groaning and I find a staircase leading down. I wonder where this leads?

It hurts. It hurts too much to move but I know I have to endure. For her sake, I have to endure so I can find a way to save her. Apparently, my instructions on paper weren't enough. Maybe in my frantic writing something got smudged. I need to get up. My legs won't move. I hear footsteps. He's back. Must be. "Hello?" (Y/N)? She's here? No... NO! She can't be here. That monster... No, I have to get her out of here. Come on Miles, MOVE! But my legs refuse. They're probably broken. It'll take the program a while to repair them. "Hello? Anyone down here?" Her voice sounds closer. Maybe she can carry me. I wonder what form he gave her. Amy's? Sally's? Maybe Tikal? No, she's still herself. Has he not found her? How did she get here then? "Over... Here..." I wheeze. She approaches my cage. "Tails?" "No, It's Miles... (Y/N), how did you get here?" She tilts her head in confusion, looking a bit like a lost puppy. Cute, but now isn't the time. "Listen, (Y/N), You need to leave this place. It's not safe. He'll be back any minute. Help me up, I'll help you find the exit." She nods and tries to open the cage to help me when he appears behind her. "Hello, (Y/N)." "No! Leave her alone!" She jumps up from my shouting and stands protectively in front of me. "Why did you do this to Miles? Why is he like this?" She has tears streaming down her face and for a moment, I thought I saw a sad expression on his face too. I know I'm wrong though. "He played my game and lost. The game's gotta punish the player for losing, you know." "But he's hurt, he needs help. I..." "He can't leave, he's my prisoner." I see her go deep into thought, the expression on her face suddenly lights up. "What if... I became your prisoner instead?"
