Few days later

Chers wounds on her back are better but she feels more horrible. Lucas let not eat her and hit her again on her head. It's evening and Cher is at the kitchen to take some foods. Lucas don't allowed her to eat something and that's why she wants take something. So she walks really silent to the fridge and turns around short to pay attention if he is here. But then she opens that and takes some foods but unfortunately falls something on the floor and Cher makes a little:

"No..no.."

She lies that back and from upstairs screams Lucas:

"Cherilyn!!! Are you at the kitchen again????!!!

Cher hears the steps and she hides the food in her trouser. She is afraid again and looks to his direction where he is coming.
Few seconds later comes Lucas and he already knows what Cher is doing. That's why he clings his hands in her neck

"What are you doing here??? Are you steal something???"

He shakes her really much and Cher answers with a tremble voice:

"N..n..no...I..I..."

Suddenly falls out the end from her trouser a piece of cheese and Lucas looks down, kneels down and takes it. Then he looks there directly and then mad to Cher

"Do you want eat this??? Are you lieing to me???"

Cher looks down and says quiet:

"I..I...I'm hungry..."

Lucas throws the cheese on the floor and gives Cher a big whistle on her cheek and shakes her painful again

"Do you want a punishment again???? Do you...."

Suddenly sees Lucas on Chers full body and in their houses are red and blue lights. First they are just less bit it will more. Lucas looks confused and looks to his hands shorts and asks:

"What is it?"

Cher looks around too and is just confused what's happening now. She follows the red and blue lights and sees out from the window that many police cars are standing in front of the door. Lucas follows her gaze and says then quiet:

"Police is here...shit..."

then he looks to her

"are you calling the police?"

Cher shakes her head and suddenly kicks the police men the door and one of them screams:

"Lucas Tube you're arrested, please lift your hands!"

Lucas looks to them and slowly he lift his hands and says then afraid:

"I don't do anything....I'm...I'm..guiltless!"

A policeman comes closer to them and Cher is shocked what happens now but she knows: somebody must call them because of Lucas and that's why she say:

"He is guilty! He is!! He hit me! Look!"

Lucas turns around to her meanwhile he is arrested

"don't you dare!!!"

But Cher lift the sleeves and shows them her blue bruises and some scratches.
A police man screams to him:

"Shut up!"

Then he looks to Cher and nods

"thank you...you will get post few days later. And you're boyfriend is arrested."

Then he walks with Lucas out and Lucas screams to Cher:

"I will come back! Believe me!"

He will bring to the car and Cher is just confused who did this til she hears a loud:

"Cher! Are you okay??"

Cher knows the voice and asks then screaming:

"Pauly??? Are you here???"

Pauly walks in and Cher sees her and screams again:

"God Pauly!"

She runs to her 

"are you calling them??"

Pauly looks to her and turns her arms around her

"Sure I do...I want that is over for you. What you explain me is horrible."

Cher just say:

"Thank you so much"

a tear rolls over her cheek.

Few months later comes the judgement from Lucas. And in the meantime she don't dare to do make a new contact with Robert. Cher sits in the room on the next side with a man. Lucas on the left side with an other man. Behind them sits Chers kids Chaz and Elijah Blue and Chers best friend Pauly. In front of Cher and Lucas on the middle sits the judge with a hammer. Its almost the end from the judgement and the judge asks Lucas:

"Lucas Tube...are you have an explanation why do you hit her?"

Lucas sits there only and sniffle short and says mumbled:

"I...don't have an explanation."

He wears on his sunglasses and the judge says immediately:

"Mr Tube! Please wear out your glasses."

Lucas sighs deep and Cher rolls her eyes and he wears out his glasses. The judge understanding now that Lucas don't want talk now. That's why he say:

"Lucas Tube get a jail punishment because of abuse, rape, imprisonment and other things for life sentence!"

Then he hit with the hammer on the table and Cher is happy and walks to her kids and Pauly and all are happy. Lucas crosses his arms and sighs deep and after walks Cher with Pauly and her kids out and Chaz say:

"You got it mum!"

Cher smiles

"Yes finally!"

Lucas is arrested again and walks with the policeman to a lift and looks to her:

"Believe me I will run out from the jail! And then we look continue!"

He will shove in the lift from the police men and Cher is just laughing.

She celebrate with her kids and Pauly at home and she is just in free...
