The Sorcerer and His Cat

Living with a family of humans, no one expected for Yoongi to slowly grow cat ears and a tail especially when they saw it in the middle of the night while the boy was pulling an all nighter for the upcoming exams. With a loud scream too, which alerted the neighborhood that are too curious for their own sake. "Mom! What the fuck do I do now!?" His eyes was going back and forth between his parents who surprisingly has not fainted yet. They blinked their eyes in silence. What do you do when you see your son turn into a...cat?

They always noticed his resemblance to a cat. Grumpy, always sleepy, and can be extremely cute as the youngest in the family. Except the bad language of course. "Ah fuck, I can't even ask for help from you guys." For now the parents didn't mind his use of words and started pacing back and forth, making the poor guy dizzy. "I'll check on your brothers," his mom said and he rolled his eyes. When he screamed, his brother were the first to see what happened to him. Hoseok, being the oldest, came in running and fainted instantly. Taehyung and Jungkook who came together fainted seeing Hoseok on the floor. And Namjoon? He fainted on the hallways. Well, he was also pulling an all nighter and got too stressed upon hearing his brother's scream.

In short, they are useless as fuck to Yoongi and he could care less about them right now because ears just sprouted out of his head as he was studying biology. How ironic because none of this makes sense. He stood up and looked at himself in the mirror. His ears stood proud while his tail swayed gracefully. He couldn't even check properly because he was kinda disgusted. His father stared at him. "I can't believe you're actually my child. Not saying I don't love you but I don't have ears and a tail and your mother doesn't either. But you know we still love you right? I'm just kinda confused because that's impossible but seeing it right now shocks me. Wait, that doesn't mean I'm disgusted at all-" "Dad! Stop rambling your making it worse." "Alright kid."

His mother arrives with his four older brothers. "Oh my-" Hoseok couldn't stop blinking and pinching himself. "Are you sure only the four of us are adopted?" Their mother sighed. "How could we go wrong? Of course we only adopted you guys and Yoongi. He's...from us." Jungkook couldn't stop inspecting his brother who was growing uncomfortable. "He does look like you guys, except for..these things." Namjoon squinted his eyes and blurted a random word. "Hybrid." All of them looked at him in confusion. "A hybrid, what else?"

Yoongi groaned and plopped on his bed. "Does your tail hurt when you lie down?" Taehyung suddenly asked. "Shut up!"

"How am I suppose to find my accomplice?" Jimin stomped his feet while Jin sighed for who knows how many times already because of his whiny student. Witches or sorcerers get what you call an accomplice. The concept is just different to the human's. It's suppose to be a hybrid. There's two types. A human that turns to an animal. Or a human that has parts of an animal. They make the magic stronger and just, more magical than anything else in any realm. They are always in the same realm as the witch or the sorcerer's the stars assigned them to. But, Jimin's was from Earth. He dreaded going to that realm. "I swear Jimin, stop being a coward and just do what it takes if you want to do real magic."

Jimin didn't stop and sat down again infront of the pissed man. He made sure to face him and even moved the chair. His hands were slowly put on the table. "Okay, I'm doing it. But you are coming with me." Jin almost fell on his chair because of how ridiculous this boy is being. "How are you suddenly my responsibility in this way?" The boy smirked. The kid had the nerve to smirk. "I'm your student. Oh, your best performing student actually. Your richest and most influential student. Ah, what are they going to tell if they find out you didn't help me with this unfortunate situation? Aren't I the only one dealing with this problem in a thousand years this school existed? Since you existed, old man?" Jin grew red and gave in. "Fine! But we're going according to my rules. If you fail to follow once, I'm leaving you and suspending you." Jimin didn't argue anymore and agreed with the deal.
