❄️Dragonspine Skyfrost Nail🌨

On our way to Liyue, Paimon and I stopped by Dragonspine.

"This place is freezibg!" I began as I shivered from the imense cold.

"C-cols! Brrr!" Complained Paimon.

"It is!" Goes an adventurer.

"Hello miss." I replied as I walked towards her among the blizzard.

"I'm Iris! A member of an Adventurer's Guild, you must be the Honuary knight!" Replied Iris.

"Yes, I'm just around here exploring, I always wanted to explore this mountain because the view must look nice up there." I replied.

"Just didn't expect Dragonspine mountain to be quite cold eh?" Asked Iris, "Would you like to go to our camp for some goulash soup?" She asked.

"Sure, yes please." I replied as I followed her towards the green tents.

"The soup helps keep you warm." Iris explained.

"That would be great help for us up here." I replied.

"Yeah, Dragonspine is very cold place, so cold that it can freeze humans to death if not careful." Iris replied.

"May I have a recipe for goulash soup?" I asked the cook.

"Sure, here you go." Replied the cook as he gave me the recipe.

"Thanks." I replied.

"No problem, name's Harris by the way." Replied the cook.

"You guys all must be experienced around here in Dragonspine." I noticed.

"Yes," nodded Iris.

"If you want more of the soup, all you need is to get frozen meat for this stew, find some snow boars or go kill the ice boar king." Replied Harris.

"Ice boar king?" I asked, curious.

"Ice boar king is the largest ice boar living in Dragonspine, it scared a lot of the adventurers in the past from what I heard." Replied Harris.

"Yikes," I replied.

"Just be careful when you go up dragonspine, there are all sorts of monsters up there." Replied Iris.

"Noted," I replied.

"Always find a heat source when you're out there." Added Iris.

"So we won't freeze." Agreed Paimon.

"Yeah, got it." I replied.

Later that afternoon

After we helped a kid named Joel find clues on his father, we went towards Skyfrost Nail.

I lost count the times we raced towards torches.

"So cold!" I yelled in frustration.

"Catch them alive!" Yelled a voice behind us from a camp.

I turned around in horror to find Fatui agents stationed all around the camp we just passed.

"Crap." I cursed.

"Run!" Yelled Paimon.

But before I could run, two fatui agents jumped down in front of us.

I gave an angry sigh and took out Dawnbreaker.

"Got you now!" Snickered an Electro Fatui vanguard.

The ice fatui agent then began shooting ice from his huge ice pack. I guess that was how that strange weapon is used.

I tried to dodge the ice and the hammer, and then another fatui jumped in, throwing a punch at me.

Overwhelmed, I quickly sent my swirling vortex toward them.

The vortex, like a twister, threw and spun them in the air.

Suddenly, a huge fiery sword slashed down and struck each of the fatui agents.

The person who saved us had a red-ponytail.

Wait, is that Diluc?!

"Diluc?!" I asked, shocked.

"Greetings, Y/N," replied Diluc as he defeated all the Fatui agents around us.

"Thanks for saving me back there." I replied.

"No worries," replied Diluc, he then glanced at me curiously, "what are you doing here by the way?" He asked.

"Me? I'm just exploring around here." I replied with a shrug.

"In a Dragonspine mountain this cold and dangerous?!" Asked Diluc, a bit surprised.

"Yeah," I replied, and then I noticed many crystal building shards floating in the air.

Diluc followed my gaze and found the strange sight too.

"What is that?!" I asked, pointing at the floating crystals.

"Skyfrost Nail is known to have strange floating crystals, I came here to see if I can thaw and remove them." Explained Diluc.

"I see," I replied, and then asked, "Can we help?"

"Sure why not, since you brought yourselves here." Replied Diluc.

We followed him and helped clear out enemies as he thawed the icicles in the air.

Paimon pointed at the crystals for us while Diluc and I climbed to that place.

Finally about almost two hours, we decided to head someplace warm.

"I should really be going to Liyue soon." I realized.

"In that case, I'll escort you safely towards Liyue, we're almost there." Replied Diluc.

"Thank you, Diluc." I replied with a smile.

"Anytime." Smiled Diluc as he followed us out of Dragonspine and towards Liyue.

Later in Liyue border by Dragonspine

"Thank you so much for coming with us on this crazy Dragonspine adventure. You can go wherever you need now." I replied, thanking Diluc again.

"Actually, I have business around Liyue with this man named Zhongli, I'm seeing him later after he meets up with the Adepti." Replied Diluc.

"Interesting, well see you around, Diluc." I replied.

"See you around." Nodded Diluc.
