CHAPTER 15

"Wake up Elle. Wake up we need to leave. " A voice woke me up.

I opened my eyes and noticed who was talking to me, Hermione.

"Good morning 'Mione."

"Morning, can you make sure Ginny gets up? Molly asked me to wake up Harry and Ron."

"Yeah."

Hermione got out of the room and I took a deep breath, was the letter from last night even real? I looked around and searched for a piece of parchment. Eventually, I found it and I understood that it was. I got up from the bed to wake up Ginny.

"Wake up Gin, we are leaving soon."

"Yeah yeah, 5 more minutes I'll be downstairs."

"Ginny I know you, you will fall back to sleep if I leave you here. Come on."

"Ok...."

And with her last groan she got up from her bed and we both got dressed and ready to go. Thankfully Molly had already made breakfast by the time we two came downstairs, with Hermione by her side. Now all that was left was to wait for the boys to come down.

We had been walking for what seemed ages but was probably an hour when Ron asked Where we were heading.

'Haven't the foggiest, keep up!' said Arthur. Not a second after another voice spoke up.

'Arthur! It's about time son.' It looked like Arthur and him knew each other.

'Sorry Amos, some of us had a bit of a sleepy start.' responded Arthur referring to the boys who refused to walk this early in the morning. 'This is Amos Diggory, everyone. Works with me, at the Ministry. This strapping young lad must be Cedric, am I right?'

Cedric? That name sounds awfully familiar. I looked over to the boy he was referring to. Of course, I know Cedric, he is the same year as me.

"Yes sir. This way. "said Cedric in a very polite way, the girls looked at him and then at each other, I laughed at their childish behaviors.

'Are this all yours Arthur?' Amos asked his friend.

"No, only the redheads. Of course, you recognise Elle over there, and those two there are Ron's friends Hermione and Harry. " Arthur replied.

"Merlin's beard, you're Harry Potter. "As Amos talked you could hear his excitement go up.

I barely paid any more attention to that conversation anymore, I was used to Harry getting recognized and usually it was pretty boring to hear. I must not have noticed but Cedric had gotten closer to me and greeted himself.

"Hello. "He said.

"Oh, hello sir, didn't see you there. How have you been your majesty? "I said, mocking how posh people talked.

'If me a man of such good honor must be honest, my day has been more than exceptional. How about you? pretty lady.' he said, matching my energy as well as my smile.

"As well as yours, good man. If I may, could I know the reason for your presence at my side in this beautiful sunrise.

"Oh damsel you may, I came here because I wanted to say-" but he never could finish his sentence. Amos had spoken up and interrupted him to tell us we were, apparently, where we had to be.

"Shall we? " Amos continued.

"Oh, yeah! We don't want to be late. Come on. Get yourself into a good position. "Said Arthur.

"Why are they all standing around that manky old boot? "Asked Harry with a very confused look plastered all over his face. I was going to answer him but the twins beat me to it.

"This isn't just any old manky old boot. "Said Fred.

"It's a portkey. "Finished George.

"Time to go! "Said Amos and we all put our hands in the boot except Harry who asked what a portkey was to get no response. "Ready? After 3. One. Two."

"Harry! " Arthur said as he noticed he hadn't put his hand on the boot. Harry quickly rushed over and put his hand on the boot.

"Three! " Amos finished counting and we started spinning. I wasn't used to using this way of traveling so when we landed I felt straight to the ground, unlike Arthur, Amos and Cedric who walked gracefully through the air until they hit the ground.

Before I could get up on my own, Cedric came up to me and offered me a hand. I hesitated for a moment but gave in. He helped me up and after I thanked him he walked away with his father and I went with Arthur and the others.

Hermione and Ginny were looking at me and giggling like little children as I approached them.

"What is up with you two? "I asked them both.

"Nothing, just you and prince charming flirting over there. "Ginny said.

"I was not, he was being nice and I thought I should too."

"If you say so. " Hermione said.

We continued walking and Harry and Hermione had to help Arthur pay for the camp as he didn't know how to handle muggle money but once we got in we were all much more relaxed. We walked to our tent which from outside looked normal but once we entered it was like a full house.

"Girls. Choose a bunk and unpack. Ron, get out of the kitchen we're all hungry. "Said Arthur.

"Yeah get out of the kitchen Ron. "Said the twins at the same time.

"Feet off the table "Said Arthur to the twins who had just got their feet up.

"Feet off the table. " the twins said as they put their feet down and up back again.

"I love magic. "Said Harry next to me.

"Me too Harry, me too."

I was finishing putting my clothes away when someone came to the room door.

"You think just because you are pretty you can get away with your horrific personality?" I looked up, of course, it was Fred Weasley judging my life choices again. "I saw you talking with Cedric and, may I say, he was only doing that to be nice, don't let it get to your head."

"What? "I asked.

"You heard me the first time, I don't have to repeat myself."

"No, I wasn't asking you to repeat the question, it's just that you think that I am pretty. "I got up and started to leave the room.

"That is not what I meant and you know it."

"Do I? Because I don't feel like I know you."

"Don't act stupid. We lived together our whole lives."

"No, I think you are the one who's acting stupid."

His reaction to my words was fast but subtle, he took a step towards me and leaned closer. As he noticed I didn't react at all, he moved quickly but still so elegantly and pinned me down into the wall behind me. Close enough for a kiss, far enough to breathe. The look on his face weirdly resembling emotions of panic and desire. I did not like someone having control over me, especially Fred; someone so childish.

"I hate you. " He said; I was somewhat disappointed to finally hear it out of his own mouth but at the same time I knew that one was coming.

"Good, I hate you too. " he doesn't look nearly as alarmed by that as I might expect when I say it.

Not nearly as alarmed as me when he brings his mouth to mine.
