Dear Aurie,

I'm responding to your letter on behalf of Tonks. She's rather busy with the Order at the moment, Mrs Weasley is keeping everyone on their toes with all the recent commotion in both the Wizard and Muggle worlds and the Death Eaters. Tonks ability lends her useful in reconnaissance and she's away at the moment.

I've passed your training request to Andromeda and Ted and they said they would get back to you shortly, but that I should also extend by services.

I understand your position at Hogwarts, and your new found family there (please have Mr Malfoy contact me if you choose to go through with that I am going to offer you).

Sanctuary. Little one, sanctuary.

I know you do not want to leave Hogwarts, and you'd rather return home to Andy and Ted over the summer, but I'm afraid it might not be possible. Even barring any further training to attempt to control this shared consciousness stream between you and your brother, home is not a safe place for you. You know who is on the hunt for anyone and everyone with a magical abornalities that could benefit his side, and who the idea is not amicable to you, should he find out who your are, both you and your brother and mother will be in immediate danger.

I have a small house in Wales, it's small and more of a cottage really, but it is where Tonks and I go to escape. I'm offering it to you should you ever need it. The wards will let you in, and the house if magically domesticated to operate without much work - it cooks, it cleans, and it will protect you and anyone you choose to bring with you.

The house is magicked to my magic, so in the event of an immediate getaway, simply apparate with the intention on finding myself, and you'll end up there. Training might not come dear Auirie. If it does, or if it does and its not enough to protect you form those monsters, you need to get out and to safety.

Think about it darling. If you decide you might use it later on, and that you might bring Mr Malfoy - have him owl me. I need to asses his self preservation and loyalty to you and the Order.

Keep safe and take care little one.

Love,

Uncle Mooney.

Draco held the the crumpling parchment in his hands.

Aurie had run into their common room at the crack of dawn two days after Christmas.

Thankfully she'd knocked this time, the day of Christmas she'd neglected that formality and sauntered into the room before running back out covering her eyes. Truth be told it wasn't that bad, what she'd seen that is. He and Hermione were both clothed - more or less - it was more that Hermione was sitting atop the kitchenette counter and Draco was between her leg with his head buried in her neck.

Blaise or Theo would not have blinked (barring that fact that the witch he was between was Granger, of course), but Draco presumed finding your brother between a witches legs was not a sight she had been happy to see. Especially when said witch was one of your best friends. As for how that conversation might go with Blaise and Theo at a later date, Draco had barley thought about it. Especially so when one considered Pansy would need explaining to as well. That was surely go terribly.

Aurie had learned her lesson and waited for someone to yell for her to come in that time. It didn't damped how quickly she strolled through the doors though after the fact. She'd brandished the parchment and told Draco to sit and read. Read he did, though some of the words he barley understood and didn't have the patience for Aurie to explain what exactly a "mooney" was. Hermione did smile at that part and he'd only assumed it was a muggle term of endearment.
