Bakugo X Reader

Chapter twenty three

The next morning you had woken up to your annoying alarm clock. The beeping of the alarm wouldn't stop as you repeatedly hit the off button. Frustrated you threw the alarm clock across the room allowing it to shatter. Realizing what you did you mumbled a quick 'oh fuck' before plopping your head back into the pillows. Lazily grabbing your phone off the bed side table you had a reminder sent to your phone saying. 'UA sports festival!' seeing this your eyes widened at it and had thrown the covers off of you and putting on your school uniform. Surprisingly you had woken up later than you normally had not having enough time to go for a jog or taking the extra time to make breakfast for everyone. You had enough time to put on some clothing and go down stars for a while just not have time for much else.

When you had walked into the kitchen you had expected everyone to just be eating cereal or some toast. What you didn't expect was for Bakugo to be cooking breakfast. Surprised you had looked over his shoulder to see him finishing up the eggs. As he turned around he saw you looking over at what he was making and offered some to you. "Are you going to eat or just stand there and stare at it?" You smiled at him before taking a plate and putting some of the eggs on it. You also had quickly made some toast to go along with it. You also had made some extra to give to Bakugo as he hadn't had any toast yet either. After the two of you sat down at the table you took a bite of the eggs and was pleasantly surprised in the kick of flavor. You quite liked spicy foods so this wasn't hard for you to eat unlike Mina and Denki who were trying to find some milk in the fridge. Sero was laughing at the two as he leaned up against the counter finishing off his eggs. You giggled at the three of them before turning to Bakugo.

"This is really good thank you for making it." You smiled at him before polishing off your plate. What had gone unnoticed was a pink tint in Bakugo's cheeks.

After breakfast Mr. Aizawa had everyone stand outside to wait for everyone before getting onto the bus. Everyone had the opportunity to pack a small bag and take it with them to the festival. Not many had but a few including you had. You had packed a couple green apples and some water as well as an extra change of clothing as well as your school pe uniform. Once everyone had arrived and was outside Iida had tried getting people to sit alphabetically which ultimately failed as people just sat next to their friends. Along for the road you had brought your headphones and phone to play some music. When it came to you to sit down you had noticed that almost all your friends had a seating partner except blasty. Happily you had sat next to him and smiled. He seemed a bit surprised that you had been the one to sit next to him but hadn't said anything. You kindly offered him an earbud which he had taken and softly smiled at you. You had played a few songs off your playlist before you had leaned your head onto his shoulder which he then warped his arm around your shoulder. Not paying much attention you go back to reading and listening to your music. When you get a ding on your phone, you realize it had been Mina and that she had sent you a photo. When you open the message you see that it was you and Bakugo on the bus when she sent you another one from last night. Your face had dusted pink looking at the photos. You look up to see Bakugo looking out the window not noticing what Mina had just sent you. Moving your attention off Bakugo and around you to only see Mina turned around in her seat looking straight at you when you remembered the photos you had taken of her and Tsu. You immediately looked down at your phone and sent Mina the photos of her and Tsu. Mina's cheeks were pink as she fell back into her seat. Your phone dinged signaling that she had saved the photos and you looked up to Bakugo noticing he still wasn't paying attention so you quickly did the same before quickly shutting off your phone and taking a short nap.

You had been softly shaken awake by none other than Bakugo. When you woke up you noticed you had been in the same position as before except this time you had arrived at the place where the sports festival was being held.
