"Kiara, let it go." Namit tried to convince her.
"I cannot. That bitch was all over you, in front of my eyes. Doesn't she know that you're already with me?" Kiara was ready to break some bones.
They had come to a college party and a classmate of theirs tried flirting with Namit. He tried to avoid her but she just didn't get the hint. Kiara was trying her best not to snap at her but as soon as she touched Namit's shoulder, Kiara lost it. She jerked her hand off Namit before dragging him out of there.
"Namit, I am very possessive about my people. I can't share you with anyone." She grabbed his collar and roughly joined their lips.
"You'll never have to share me with anyone. You're just the one for me." He pecked her forehead.
"And you're just the one for me." She hid her face in his chest.
A loud sob left her mouth as she recalled that incident. Kiara couldn't believe what almost happened a few moments ago.
If Namit's face hadn't come in her mind, would she have kissed Veer? How could she even think of cheating on her Namit? She had promised him that he'd be the only one for her, so now how can she replace him with a new man?
"I am sorry. I am so so sorry." She raised her left hand and apologized looking at his ring. She was still crying while kissing the ring repeatedly.
She couldn't believe that she got jealous of Mrinali, that she acted possessive for some guy other than Namit. How could she even allow her heart to feel for anyone else? She felt so guilty and was disgusted with herself.
She decided that she will never meet Veer again. She didn't trust herself with him and the best option was to stay away from him.
That was the reason why she didn't go to the class the next day. And the day after that. And after that.
Aanchal called to ask her about her disappearance. She lied to her that she had come to Mumbai as her father's health was not good.
It was almost a week later when Mayera called her and asked her to come over, if she was free.
