🎶tujh se hi to mili hai rahat

tujh se hi to judi zindagi
teri yaadein hain kuchh adhoori
saans aadhi hai kuchh hai poori
aankhon mein hai kaisi yeh nami... 🎶

"Happy birthday, mera bacha!" Janhvi wished her daughter at exactly 12am.

"Happy birthday, princess!" Neeraj too wished her.

"Thank you so much!" Kiara was on a video call with her parents. It was her 25th birthday.

She had to hang up with them a few minutes later as Mayera was calling her non-stop.

"Gosh, you're got literally zero patience." Kiara exclaimed as soon as she picked up her cousin's call.

"I am a mother of a six month old. Don't even get me started on patience. The only reason I was calling you continuously was because I am sleepy as hell, but I couldn't without wishing you." Mayera yawned. "So, happy birthday, meri jaan! I wish you more happiness than you can ever dream of!"

"Thank you, Mayeru! I love you."

"I love you, too. Now good night. I'll meet you tomorrow."

"Yes, bye. Sweet dreams." They hung up the call.

A few more friends and relatives called Kiara to wish her, but the one call she was waiting for never came.

Kiara was thinking that he probably didn't know it was her birthday when her doorbell rang.

Excitement filled her body as she rushed to open the door. But it wasn't who she had expected. Instead, it was a delivery guy.

He gave her a big cake box and wished her a formal happy birthday.

She closed the door behind her and opened the box. It had her favourite red velvet cheesecake inside.

Suddenly, her phone pinged. It was a text from Veer.

I know I am late to wish you, but I didn't want to send you the cake at exactly midnight as I knew you must be busy with phone calls at that time. So I waited some time for you to get free, and I can have your undivided attention.

Happy birthday, Kia. You've no idea how grateful I am to God for making such an amazing woman like you, and sending her into my life.
