"You are such a moron, Hawk. It was a mistake to promote you as the commander of my crew!"

Past voices in their thoughts raised up.

On the Dustwing's bridge, Pitch was just standing there in the middle of the room, quietly thinking. His anger remained from the conversation and information he got from those jerks. In fact, it just got worse as more as he thought about it. The thoughts he currently had were getting clearer in his daydream, and more and more, he listened to the silence.

Captain Hawk, at the same time, couldn't get any rest. He was getting nightmares about the same past events, every time he tried to sleep:

"Pitch, I was just trying to save our whole crew! Why can't you see that?!" The past Hawk shouted at his former captain.

Both were arguing like crazy on how to handle the situation the best. They didn't realize that arguing now was the worst time ever. A whole crew of impostors attacked them on all sides they could reach. There were too many of them, too strong.

It was a total disaster.

The past crew from Captain Pitch were on their way to figure out where the leader of the impostors was holding out on, to finally get rid of them and to restore peace in the galaxy again.

And yet; the actual plan didn't turn out well. Someone in their crew must have told their enemy what they were planning and betrayed them. Now, the impostors were trying to sabotage that plan. They came in with one of their biggest ships, who could destroy them in no time if they wanted to. Pitch's ship, which was flying within a planet's low orbit, slowly got destroyed by the barrage, and fire started to burn in some of its rooms.

You could smell the fire and the smoke that was rising.

All their crew members tried their best to fight against the impostors who got on board to attack the crew. Pitch saw how some of his members got killed in the background, a yellow one got stabbed by a sword from a dark green impostor, the other red one fell accidentally, as they tried to dodge the enemies' attacks, into the rising fire. They were too weak to defend themselves.

Pitch's fury and frustration grew while the battle was ongoing.

"I told you all it would be sheer suicide to do that, but no! No one was listening to their captain; but they listened to YOU! Now it's too late to save our crew. Look around, commander, our crew is dying!" Pitch was way too angry to let in reason as he yelled at Hawk.

He slammed him back to the nearest wall as he noticed another member being killed by the same green foe. The impostors didn't see the past Hawk or Pitch. They were hiding in a very small and dark hall full of wires that connected with the ship.

"This is all your fault, Hawk!" Pitch kept shouting.

"No, it is not!" The purple commander got also angrier. "We both wanted to search for the leader to give back the peace this galaxy deserves. Someone else must have betrayed us, but overall: it was not my fault!"

Pitch just angrily snarled at Hawk and hit him with his fist out of rage and wrath. Hawk painfully fell to the ground and couldn't believe what he had just done to him. The purple bean held his hand against the spot where Pitch did hit him and stared at the past captain.

"Pitch..." Hawk then whispered, dismayed. "After all the times we travelled together... all the times you told me how much you trusted me, how much you loved me... That's what I get in return?"

Pitch didn't respond.

He didn't want to talk with Hawk ever again. He ignored his question but couldn't take his visor away from the commander.
