This is lowkey self-indulgent but a nice quick one. It's how I'd treat them just based on my personality type which is INTJ, 5w6, Aquarius. If you're an INTJ as well, guess this is for your too.

Itadori:
-Hmmm an ISFP...
-Ummm
-I'd probably be keeping him from killing himself...
-But he'd sorta be a puppy in my eyes
-Like an obvious trouble maker but you can't get truly mad at him

Megumi:
-An ISTJ...
-Heh.
-This is a purely 50/50 chance
-Like some ISTJ's love me, some hate me
-Like I'm not kidding
-Aka my dad(ISTJ) since INTJ and ISTJ are so much alike because we're both stubborn
-But for this friendship, yes we'd get a long
-He's actually one of my top kins so we'd get a long very well
-Mutual respect right there

Nobara:
-LMAO AN ESTJ
-We would guaranteed not like each other in the beginning
-I'd think she'd be too rowdy–reckless isn't a good word. 
-She'd think I'd be too uptight
-But as she grows to know me I think we'd be decent friends
-Like shopping trips bc she likes my style
-But at the same time I wouldn't say she'd be a close friend
-I just don't think I could be ever truly be genuine with her that's all

Maki:
-Another ESTJ
-Even though she has the same personality type as Nobara, I think our story would be different
-I can empathize well with her, and training would be fun I think
-I don't think we'd be genuine friends though, which is probably my fault
-But the friendship is there

Inumaki:
-An INTP
-It would be very silent between us I think
-Probably a comfortable silence
-We'd probably bond over hobbies though

Okkotsu:
-An INFJ
-He'd be scared of me
-Outside lookers would probably think I was bullying him, but I'm not I swear
-I think I have a possibility of being good friends with him
-But he'd frustrate tf out of me

Gojo:
-An ENTP
-I would bully tf out of him and not feel bad at all
-Apparently I'm a good student but Yaga would hate me and Gojo in the same room because we'd argue and debate all day
-I'd think everything that came out of his mouth was bullshit
-Butttt I'd probably find his idiocy endearing sometimes

Getou:
-Ahaha a fellow INTJ
-Since he's all smiley most of the time y'all wouldn't know we're alike
-But the second he drops his smile and we're standing next to each other–

-But he's a more playful INTJ
-At the same time I've rarely ever met another INTJ and don't really know how I'd react
-I think we'd really get a long though

-An ISTJ that won't hate me
-He says the rules are important but couldn't really blame Getou for what he did
-I am colder than him though
-But mutual respect
-Just not really empathy

Sukuna:
-We'd be partners
-Like he wouldn't really irritate me
-And I wouldn't irritate him

-But he'd be interested in my hobbies

-Uptight ass

-I think most ESTJ's are uptight
-He'd hate me
-I'd hate him
-He'd think I was perfect on the outside but then realize oh no
-Maybe it's become my family life and Zenin life are very similar
-Like be intelligent but quiet, can cook and have respectable hobbies
-Except I'd beat the misogyny out of him
-And I wouldn't care
