crepes (french pancakes)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (75g) plain flour
1cup milk
1 1/2eggs
Butter for cooking

Topping suggestions
Lemon juice and caster sugar
Maple syrup and ice-cream
Other flavourings to taste

Equpiment
Mixing bowl
Wooden spoon
Sieve
Measuring cups
Frying pan
Egg slice

Method
1.sift flour into bowl.
2.mix eggs and milk and pour into flour.
3.mix until combined
4.Leave to rest for 10 minutes
5.heat frying pan over medium  heat
6.add a knob of butter and gently melt. Becareful it does not turn brown
7.put two or three tablespoonfuls of mixture into pan, swirl to coat the base and cook.
8. When crepe moves in the pan, carefully toss and cook the other side.
9.decorate with toppings and enjoy
