I can recall it so vividly, as that Unknown God had pushed me aside and took my own brother away. His face full of fear and sadness as those cubes surrounded his being. "Aether!" I couldn't get him in time, I tried to fight but the God trapped me within those cubes as well. My sight turning dark I had shouted a plea that fell onto deaf ears "No don't go! Give me back my brother!"

Venti sighed and put one hand on Lumine's shoulder, her head snapping up from her tense thoughts. "You need some sleep Lumine, you keep getting lost in your thoughts it's not going to end well for you" "Ah, don't mind me. I'm fine" Venti scoffed "Oh really?" "Yes" "Okay, well how about we go on a small adventure, anywhere you want and I'll help" Lumine grabbed Venti's hand and the two teleported to Dragonspine. "I need some things from here anyways" "Lead the way my lady" Bowing he glanced up at Lumine to wink and she turned red, yes they almost kissed or something a few days ago but it didn't mean anything...

"Venti would you do me a favor?"

"What would it be?"

"If I were hurt in any way... Would you save me?'

The Archon's eyes widened a bit, why would she ask such an odd request? "Yes"

Lumine walked ahead leaving Venti slightly stunned, such a request but why? Was something happening to her? Venti knew she wasn't doing well but how bad was it truly and why didn't she say anything to him?

Venti may not be that strong, he may be lazy and carefree but he still worried. He wouldn't want to see another person he cares for die. Morax is stronger than him and he knows that, which also raises the question of why Lumine would ask him to save her.

Lumine could have asked Zhongli for protection or any other Adepti for help, why the weakest Archon? Why Venti?

Why would you ask me? Of course I'd protect you with my life... But why would you choose the weakest Archon?

The two got 10 pieces of Starsilver Ore, Lumine could ask Wagner for a weapon now.

The Abyss Order ganged up on the two and Lumine took out her sword "Venti to the right!" "Got it" The shield was up but it was a Hydro Abyss Mage, while they can deal loads of damage at Dragonspine it also held a weakness in the frost air. "Windblade!" It froze and Venti struck an arrow through it's defenses. The Abyss Mage was blasted and fell to the ground as it began to crawl on the floor. "Y-You can not stop the Prince" Lumine stopped and the Mage knew it got to her quickly causing a bubble to surround her. Lumine held her breath but with the cold it was impossible to hold it any longer. Venti struck an arrow through the bubble and then quickly nocked another to the Mage. Lumine gasped for air and Venti went to her side as the Mage vanished. Lumine's eyes weren't holding the light it normally would, darkness seeped slowly in and Venti noticed it "Lumine come on, let's go home now"

"Home..? Home is wherever we are together"

"What?"

No response as she teleported to Mondstadt with the Bard. Venti looked at her as she left promptly with the ore.
